Ability to add offline clients without inputting an email address
If the client type is selected as "offline" the email address field shouldn't be required to create that client's account

Allow for the limitation and "unlocking" of exercises for clients
With the options for clients to build their own workouts outside of what is on their plan. Could there be an option for access to different exercises based on their program. instead of full access to the database, if that makes sense? for simplicity on their side as well as effective planning.

Ability to reorder daily workouts in the calendar. Right now it automatically reorder in alphabetical order (sort of)
It would be a lot easier to manage workouts for client. I create workouts as a circuit in that way I can add multiple different circuits in the order I need.
Also it would be great if it would be possible to add multiple same workouts in one day1 vote -
track how many personal training sessions clients have on the mobile app
There isn’t a view on the Trainerize app to track how many sessions a client has left. This is only a web app view.

Be able to coach clients from app without having to open Desktop
Rather than having to have my computer with me, I would like to be able to open a coach directed app and coach my clients from there, preferably from a phone app. (do not want to carry ipad or computer with me).

Trainerize + Zapier + Notion
Zapier and Trainerize have had integrations for years now at this point, and the integrations with form management, payment platforms, and funnels are great-- but I really think Zapier's automation with Trainerize's client management would make a killer combo and time-saver for coaches. Rudimentary zaps exist for tagging with clients, but don't allow specification for which client or what goal specifically to choose.
As a coach who uses Notion as well, I think further or improved integrations or zap options with Zapier that allow Trainerize to flow into other apps like Notion would be life-changing.

Automations should run for deactivated or basic clients
I want product automation to run for deactivated or basic clients. These clients should not be considered current clients; thus, automation for new purchases will not run. These clients have been deactivated in the past and are renewing or repurchasing a new plan, and the automation for those products should run for them.
This will make onboarding for reactivated clients much smoother and less work on the trainer end.3 votes -
Client Comments on the workout directed to inbox and an option to allow them to upload form videos to each exercise
Unless I am in my dashboard on my mac I cant see that the client has left a note and I often miss them, can there be a mobile notification or have the message directed to the inbox so I can see when a client has left a note. Also following the workout can there be a prompt for clients to upload their form videos for trainers to review

Ordering Clients However You Want, not just by name/date added etc.
The easiest way to keep track of which clients you've already checked in with and updated programs for is by going in the order they are listed in the client dashboard. You can organize that order by name/date added etc. However, the clients I want to check in with first are the ones who have been with me the longest or are the most active. "Date Added" orders clients from newest to oldest. If there was a way to organize them from oldest to newest that would be better in my opinion. It would also just be nice to be…

Add client notes which the client can also view
A client notes tab which can be viewed by the client.
Being able to leave information such small updates or a brief roadmap / phases overview would be helpful.

Ability to remove all weight/body size language
We are in the era of body positivity and using body weight to identify goals is so last decade. Let’s get with the times and let coaches have the option to turn that question off as the question itself can drive away business from people who are adverse to it.

Allow to schedule multiple things like before in Calendar
The most recent calendar update took away the option I had before to schedule body stats. Before I could schedule an auto message, select body stat photos, and body stats (so all three things), could be scheduled and chosen to repeat, all in one go. Now I have to seperately select each option and tell each seperate thing to repeat, so it's a slower process, not an upgrade. I actually don't like the new Calendar at all. It just tells me how many workouts a client has done, but I can no longer view WHICH workouts (like how many times…

Please go back to the old calendar. The new one is not as user friendly
The old calendar prior to the last update was much more user-friendly. It's quite small now and confusing to read. Whereas the old calendar with the orange and blue differentiating between different programs was more organized. The new drop down menu on days is nice, but otherwise the organization of the new calendar is not helpful
