Snack are too small compared to the meals
The snacks are too low of calories compared to meals. If someone is trying to have a surplus of 250 calories a day(say 3000 calories total), and we prescribe 5 or 6 meals, the meals are insanely large and the snack are tiny. Nobody wants to eat like this.

Allow for Trainers to import meals/foods from a database. Allowing for custom meal plans.
Add a database to the site where coaches can pick and set different foods per meal, allowing for more control over what your clients eat. For example I coach multiple body builders, including supplementation and timed meals in relation to their workouts would make it easier to help bodybuilding clients reach better results.

recipe book
Having the ability to have a “recipe book” of sorts to give clients. That is in app, so I’m not telling them exactly what to eat but giving them ideas. If they use a recipe they can just add it like they would a meal from the in app tracker.

Why are we paying more for this? It isn't helpful
This isn't a helpful feature. It doesn't work in conjunction with MyfitnessPal and now I can't see my clients MyfitnessPal data

Meal Planner needs to be more allow more creativity (and instead of or)
It sounds like you need a more flexible meal planner that allows for greater creativity and customization. Assigning meals by days or weeks is a great start, but it would be even better to have a hybrid system that takes into account not only the days and weeks, but also times and phases. Additionally, having the ability to adjust caloric intake percentage and having the meals populate based on these inputs would be a huge asset. With these features, you'll be able to schedule your clients with eating plans that vary 2-3 days based on their workout and calorie intake,…

Need more than 3 days.
Its really hard to plan out clients meals when i want to be able to plan each day for them when i am only allowed to post 3 days. I do think for the price i pay monthly for the app that i should be allowed to plan a full week for my client. More snack ideas and meal ideas would be great too!

Simpler meal plans
The meal ideas are wonderful, but I can find it quite overwhelming for my clients especially with the amount of ingredients required for the suggested meals.

Being able to program a 1-4 weeks worth of meals at a time so clients can prepare ahead of time.
It would be more convenient to program 1-4 weeks of meals ahead of time especially so clients can grocery shop ahead of time. 1-3 days at a time is not enough

Sending recipes to clients.
I wish there was a way to send recipes to clients or send to groups. It seems like I can only add recipes to a clients account through the meal plan?

Make lower calorie plans an option.
I would like more autonomy about how low I can set calories. TDEE calculations can very easily be off so I don't like having calorie options set according to this. As the practitioner actually working with the client I would like more autonomy. Particularly as some studies show that more aggressive dieting can actually be beneficial for long-term weight loss. probably due to higher motivation after faster results. It would be nice to actually use more aggressive diets as a tool and get the benefit of the meal plans.

More quick recipes that require little prep and cook time
Most of the recipes require a lot of prep and cook time, clients would benefit from more quick meal options.

Advanced Mode w. Nutrient Timing / Macro Composition for single Meals
We need the ability not only to set overall goals for the macro composition of the overall meal plan but also set Macro Composition Goals for single Meals of the day.
Many trainees like to distribute more of their carbohydrate intake around the workout.
Some do well on pre workout carbs, other will swear they feel more focused without.
Some will swear they need a carbohydrate rich breakfast and it's the most important meal of the day, others will feel an incredible amount of stable energy around the day if they keep it lower carb.
Obviously every coach will have…

Create & edit meal plans w/o alerting clients
I'd like to be able to turn off email notifications for client meal plan. Ideally, so I can create a 3-day meal plan for them and swap out recipes without them being notified with every change I make.
Or at least select & swap out recipes on the back-end, THEN be able to make it "public" to them when I'm done.
I also would love if we had the ability to filter out certain ingredients - as in, individual ingredients (bell peppers for example) in the recipes, rather than just setting overall diet preferences like "dairy-free"

Build out meal plans item by item
I really want the ability to create a meal plan for clients that I build item by item and alter the quantities they are prescribed. Rather than be stuck with a premade recipe. Some people just want to eat chicken ******, rice, and broccoli in fact. Refer to the meal plan builder in MyPTHub which is based around this option. It just makes sense.

Ability to create smart meal plans through drag and drop (like workout builder)
I'd like to create any meal plan using the meal library through drag and drop just like the workout planner and then seeing what the total macros and calories would be.
