This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Simpler meal plans

    The meal ideas are wonderful, but I can find it quite overwhelming for my clients especially with the amount of ingredients required for the suggested meals.

  2. Allow trainers to enter own meals into the smart meal planner

    Trainers enter their own meals with pictures & macros which appear as choices when meal plan is generated from macros

  4. Ability to generate meal plans for higher and lower calorie days

    It would be great to bee able to generate meal plans for both higher and lower calorie days for the clients you are modulating their food around training day / non-training day.

  6. Ability to pull up a shopping list for the week

    a meal plan for the week would include all the ingredients in the shopping list. This way a client can go grocery shopping and know what to purchase.
    A checkbox feature to make sure you’ve purchased the item/have it at home is also helpful.

    I wish there was a way to send recipes to clients or send to groups. It seems like I can only add recipes to a clients account through the meal plan?

  8. Ability to manually enter macro splits in smart meal planner

    Instead of the 3 preset macro splits, allow me to define my own macro splits.

  9. Ability to choose 3, 4, 5,or 6 meals for 1500 and lower caloric range

    When putting in a meal plan for someone who may be in the 1500 range to be able to offer them meals plus snacks, not just 3 meals.

  10. Ability to edit recipes

    Some recipes on the app have incomplete instructions or too many ingredients.

    Either we need to be able to change them or there needs to be a simple way to inform someone of an error.

  11. Expand your Calorie Ranges significantly. All of my male bodybuilders eat more than 4000 calories per day!

    Allow for whatever macros a trainer needs and allow them to enter basic meals (like chicken and rice, ground beef and rice, chicken and pasta, etc) like MANY professional athletes eat instead of ONLY these overwhelming, complex meal ideas

  12. Meal Planner “and” PDF option not “or”

    The meal planner AND the PDF option Should be available to clients especially if the meal plan it was an additional paid feature.

    It should not be an “EITHER OR” thing.

    We should have the ability to give our clients our PDF information as well as the meal planner.

    They need other things like grocery list restaurant guides etc. It should be an “AND” thing not an “or” thing

  15. Ability to fully customize Nutrition

    Having the ability to custom macros, calories (ex. 1480 vs. 1400) and number of meals is so important to a good plan. Offering only 3 meals max for a certain number of calories is so limiting and makes it hard to teach clients how to spread their meals out throughout the day. I'm having to pay extra for another website to offer exactly what I need for my clients.   17. Create a filter for 3-ingredient-max meals

    Many clients want to eat simple and boring either throughout the weekdays or at least for most meals except perhaps dinner. This filter would allow me to give them several options for very simple recipes that they can cook in batches and eat all week.

  18. Need more than 3 days.

    Its really hard to plan out clients meals when i want to be able to plan each day for them when i am only allowed to post 3 days. I do think for the price i pay monthly for the app that i should be allowed to plan a full week for my client. More snack ideas and meal ideas would be great too!

  20. The option to build our own nutrition plans, entering our own ingredients and setting our own Macro split

    A data-base of ingredients that we can chose from to completely build a meal/nutrition plan from also to option to set the macro split ourselves. I used to use Nutritics and to be honest i'm thinking of going back to them despite the cost.
