Add a Prompt, "Are you sure you want to delete this exercise? It is currently being used in an exercise plan"
I updated and removed custom exercises in the library. I did not realize it would also remove it from an existing master exercise plan. A prompt that says, "Are you sure you want to delete this exercise? It is currently being used in a master exercise plan" would have been helpful to avoid this oversight.

Exercise progress included on mobile app and improved for users
Exercise progress should be included in the mobile app.
On both platforms individual exercises included in clients programs should have the option to click on the exercise and redirect the user to a separate page with their progress.
This page should include an interactive graph clearly showing the clients progress over multiple time frames (past 3 months, 6 months and year view)
Also included should be a record of past sessions, sets, reps and weight used.
Lastly a final section for personal records and projections for the exercise should be included at the bottom of this page.

Make it easier to update scheduled workouts
Make it easier to update a program. When you add or remove an exercise, you have to schedule everything all over again which takes a ton of time, especially if you already created the proper adjustments to it.
Make it so that it's easier to replace exercises and keep the adjustments and scheduled workouts.

export workout data
Please provide an option to export to .csv or excel so we can track it ourselves. Seems like a simple request that would edge your program ahead with your trainers when compared to other mainstream competitors.
multple requests in for workout volumes per exercise and tracking either by graph that are being ignored. Currently only displays the maximum values.

Check box next to each set!
Adding a check box next to each set that way a client can mark off each set when they are working out alone. This will allow client better keep track of where they are in the workout. If they happen to get a call or text or click away from the app, they may lose track of which set they were on and can either overwork themselves or not do what was assigned which down the line can lead to either injury or missing their goals if done too often.

Separate Sections to enter progressions for workouts!
When adjusting the progression, it only has one space to enter the reps, weight tempo, etc. for each workout. It would be helpful to have the ability to select what we want to add to track the workout and that then populating separate sections to enter said chosen tracking method. Limit the amount of progression tracking selections to 3.
I.E. I assign the Bench Press to a client, the client is in prep for a powerlifting competition so one of the assigned bench press workouts is set to be 3-1-1-0 tempo.
Ideally I would like to be able to select:…

Ability to Adjust Workout Progressions through Calendar!
When viewing the client's calendar, it would be helpful to click on the assigned workout and adjust the progressions through there rather than having the only option being through the progression tab. For example, if I assign a client a leg day on Mondays I would click on the calendar and select the leg day workout and adjust the weights, reps, etc through there.

Revamping of the descriptions on exercises
Some of the exercises have incomplete exercise descriptions that are not fully helpful to the client.
For trainerize videos we cannot edit the descriptions so it would be helpful if the ones added by trainerize were a bit better. I do know that some are great already so it's not all of them.
For example glute bridges states
"1) For this exercise, lie on your back.
2) Squeeze your glutes to lift your hips. Keep your tummy tight throughout."
My suggestion would be to add more cues such as
"keep your spine in a neutral postion", "brace your core", "push…

Audio glitch or stutter
I am experiencing a bug or glitch or something in the audio cues during interval workouts. I’m on an iPhone with latest iOS. Every single audio cue during the workout will stutter or repeat three times at the beginning when it plays. Like each audio segment sounds like its start/stop/stsrt/stop/start and then it continues to play as normal for the rest of the cue.
Anyone else experiencing something like this?

"Area Select" on Calendar
CLICK + DRAG TO SELECT MULTIPLE ELEMENTS ON THE CALENDAR:
Deleting/Moving a number of elements in the calendar can be time consuming doing them all one by one.
An 'area select' feature: where you click+drag the cursor to create a rectangular selection area (like you may do on your desktop) can be very useful in this area.
For example:
- I may want to move all of Fridays tasks (a workout, a check-in, an automated message) to Saturday
- Right now, I would have to click + drag each one, and wait for the clarification message to pop up +…1 vote -
