This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Blast an auto-message as an announcement to everyone.

    For Instance, I have my clients check-in every wednesday or thursday. But, instead of going into each person's calender and creating an auto message for each person. It would be cool if every tuesday. It just automatically messaged them about check-ins and sent them a link with the calender! Total customization under the auto messages and events feature could make this happen.

  3. Ability to see future exercises during intervals

    Clients struggle with the interval workouts because they cannot reference future exercises. I feel like the entire workout should be off to the side so they can be ready for each circuit.

  7. Total Weight Personal Bests

    It would be great to be able to easily see the total weight lifted previously for each excercise, and to also be able to see how much weight has been lifted total so far on the current this workout. This would really help us see and set new total weight personal bests.

  8. Being able to programme through the progressions screen

    I'll use a powerlifting programme as my example:

    So across a multiple month set up - you can really easily build the reps, sets and weights etc, and the progressions can be adjusted when necessary.

    The problem comes with the assistance exercises. I don't want my client doing the same technique builder exercises for all those months, I'd like to change them based on strength and weaknesses throughout the course of the programme.

    Right now, If I want to change from a Pin Squat to a Pause Squat - I would have to scrap the entire progression planned ahead, redo…

  9. Make available the option to personalize automated messages to clients during initial setup

    Please allow trainers to personalize the two automated messages a client receives during initial setup of their profile.

    1) The message a client receives prior to taking the questionnaire and

    2) After a client completes their profile!

    Currently the second option reads as if I, an independent personal trainer, have multiple trainers on "staff". The ability to edit these messages would eliminate the look of errors in my business plan. It would also allow for a more personalized touch in all communication outreach, especially in the beginning stages of a client/trainer relationship.

  10. Autosave workouts.

    Clients track their workouts and complete them but unless they save them all the information is lost. So it would be good if it saved if they exited the programme or it timed out. Might be a pain with connection if it constantly saved. There is an edit function just surprised there is no autosave

  11. Ability to blast auto-messages or announcements to specific cohorts based on rules

    I really like the new function of the auto messages that was added and the fact that you can customize them. However, I would like to be able to create my own messages based on a criteria I put (ie. every Sunday morning at 8am) that is different than the ones currently in the tool. This way I don't have to use other tools to send out automated messages for me.

  14. Add option to queue workouts insted of setting them on a fixed day

    Add the ability to set up days when client is supposed to train, but queue workouts instead of fixing them to a date:

    Example:

    I want my trainee to workout on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

    I want him to do two workouts A and B.

    Right now i have to set it up on a fixed day:

    Monday: A progression 1
    Wednesday: B progression 1
    Friday: A progression 2
    Monday: B progression 2
    etc.

    If he misses Wednesday's workout he should do "B progression 1" on Friday instead of "A progression 2".

  15. Connect to LiveStrong's MyPlate?

    It would be awesome if we could connect to LiveStrong's MyPlate or other nutritional tracking information. I received feedback from one of my clients today that smudged an otherwise excellent review.

    "The Trainerize app she uses was helpful, with example videos of the exercises and a timer function right there. It also sent daily reminders of what I needed to complete that day. However I did find the MyFitnessPal app used for tracking food a bit clunky-- I have used LiveStrong's MyPlate app in the past and prefer that one for what seems to be more accurate nutritional info, and…

  16. Develop a more general strength programming template

    Currently the program writing template is too restrictive. A simple (hopefully!?) solution would be to have more fields. For example I write programs similar to Ian King/Charles Poliquin. Many PTs do to:

    A1 Back squat, 3 sets, 8-10 reps, 4011 tempo, 60 sec rest
    A2 Lying leg curl 3 sets, 6-8 reps, 4110 tempo, 60 sec rest

    A1 and A2 are not super sets in this case, they are simply paired. Calling two or more sets paired or grouped together a super set is too restrictive.

    Simplify this bit and I'm sold.. until then, thanks for the look.

  18. Allow clients to create additional workout not in plan

    I have a few clients who go "off-plan" and add a workout to their week that I didn't include in their overall plan. If it's a cardio workout, they can add cardio-general on the calendar. But they don't have the same option for a strength workout (for example, a "leg" day). Would love to give permission to them to add a workout and track their stats so I can make recommendations. Right now, they text me and I have to go add exercises, sets, reps. Double work!

  19. Allow the trainer to set the weight each set should be preformed

    Allow weight sets reps all to be individual boxes instead of combined in the notes tab and allow the weight and reps to be modified for every set by the trainer

  20. Make it possible to hide workouts from clients dashboard/calendar until completed

    I wish you could have an option to hide workouts from a clients calendar until they are completed. I like to put 3-4 weeks of workouts in at a time and don't want my client to see what they are. Maybe it would be good to have a label that says Private Training, that only a coach can view, and when completed, they can then view it.
