More automated Message customization options
More automated Message customization options. Id like the ability to:
1. send a message when a client misses a set number of workouts.
2. send a message when a client logs in for a set number of workouts.
3. send a message based on pre set crieria ( Ex: send message if client Resting HR is above 60. Send message when over/under on calories )

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a way to automatically follow up with clients who haven’t logged a workout or messaged me in a certain number of days. Right now I’m manually checking and messaging them, but it’s getting hard to scale as my client list grows.
Ideally, I’d like to:
Set a rule like “if client inactive for 5+ days, send message/reminder”
Customize the message to feel personal (like using their name)
Possibly even trigger a re-engagement workout or short check-in form
Has anyone figured out a good workflow for this using Trainerize? Or is this something that could be considered as a future feature?
Would love to hear how others are managing this!
Thanks in advance [ragdoll hit](https://ragdollhitstickman.io/)

The following functions:
• auto message sent when client doesn’t hit daily nutrition goal
• auto message sent when client doesn’t hit daily nutrition goal 3 days in a row
• auto message sent when client doesn’t hit daily nutrition goal 7 days in a row
• auto message sent when client DOES hit daily nutrition goal for 3 days in a rowAlso a filter to prevent the same message being sent multiple times to a client, to prevent feelings of automation. This will help trainers identify clients barriers much quicker

Would love to be able to have an additional option to set up auto messages to go out out once a client completes a workout.
Many times I find myself not using the feature because it get's very screwy and feels very robotic if a message goes out asking my client how the workout went for a specific workout and they end up doing it on another day.
That way I would feel MUCH better about inputting messages and nothing would get missed. Thanks!

More customizable options in regard to automated and scheduled messages (i.e. every Sunday repeating, or WHEN client has a scheduled workout THEN message AT _[TIME]_ with the following; etc.)
Having the pre-selected options of "3rd, 7th, or 14th" day after signup could be nice, but it doesn't help with the program I build for my client.

Very important to really scale our business and concentrate on what is really important: be present with our clients.
Also very important would be the possibility to send an automated reminder via sms and email when we or they themselves book an appointment AND the day before the appointment is expected. Even via zapier would be good -

Can we get this looked at? It's a really solid idea and being able to either congratulate and encourage a client or check in when they've missed 3 workouts would be incredibly powerful especially for those looking to scale and work with groups.

Have been looking for this feature. I would like to send an automated message if
1. client misses x number of workout sessions or cardio sessions.
2. Congratulatory message if client completes z number of sessions per week.Right now I am doing this manually.

We should also be able to automate any minute of the hour — this appears to be more human and I think will yield more engagement.. Some of my clients catch on to the fact that they're on the hour or half hour and it becomes apparent that they're automated/pre-scheduled

Also, specifically the ability to send pre written messages when a client completes a workout.

Yes yes yes. Most of my clients know the automated messages are fake due to wording and they get turned off because of it

This would be awesome! The Client would love the extra interaction and the automation will allow us to focus on what matters.

Completely agree with this. This is what I came in to post, but glad I found a thread already going. Would be great to be able to set it up somewhat like an e-mail autoresponder and have it go out based on certain "if ____ then ____" scenarios like the OP mentioned.
