View workouts side by side in a weekly view on calendar so I can see entire programming
When writing our programs, it would be great if we could write a whole program (multiple days), on a single screen. Having to jump between screens (workout to workout) to make sure we're keeping reps, sets consistent and programs balanced is a bit of a pain and very time consuming. If we could jump on one screen to write out entire program (or at least most of it), I think the software would go next level for us at our facility!

Yes!! This would be a game changer and something I have wanted for ages. This would really allow more effective and professional periodisation of programs, not to mention save a huge amount of time.
Currently I have to have a client's program open on my phone to view whilst making changes to their program on my laptop in order to keep things consistent and not have to go back and forth between screens.
Also second the feature to be able to track working sets for each muscle group for the week. This is so important!
Lastly if there was a way to overview numerous blocks of programs like @Perla Grigg mentioned in his comment. It is very hard to map out the direction of numerous blocks of programs.
Making it possible to overview a block of say 3 or 4 programs would be amazing!!!! That way we can really map out our programs properly in advance for example a few phases of progressing the back squat might look like
Phase 1 - Back squat: 3x 10-12 reps
Phase 2 - Back squat: 4x 8-10 reps
Phase 3 - Back squat 5x 5 reps
Phase 4 - Back squat 7x 3 reps

When creating a new program I would like to have access to view and edit multiple workout editors side-by-side so I can compare exercise selection and volume for all the workouts in the program without having to save, exit and reopen each of the other workouts. This will significantly speed up the programming time.

Trevor, I suggest ghost shopping a software called Train heroic.I think a combination of the functionality would be amazing. to be able to see the days similar to how you can see multiple days in in the progression editor would change the game for a lot of us,.

To expand on my last comment, this could be done by just totaling the working sets for each muscle group from the tags used in exercises. The tags are already there so it would be great to take advantage of them.

In addition to the ideas listed here, it would be great to be able to see total weekly sets performed for each muscle group.
Example: I may know that I want a client performing 18 sets of back exercises during a week, but I may have that split over 3 days where day 1 is 3 sets, day 3 is 8 sets, and day 5 is 7 sets.
Currently I track plan this out in a spreadsheet and then adjust the clients plan accordingly. If I had a way to track this while I was programming it would greatly reduce my time.

I've started keeping a spreadsheet with my programs on it before creating each workout in trainerize.
The spreadsheet has a row of 7 days, and I write in the strength, warmup, and conditioning workouts in each as necessary.
Underneath each 7 day block is the next mesocycle, so I can always come back to see where my client has been and plan ahead with notes to where they're going.
But this is another step, making it even more time consuming.
I was considering just doing it on the spreadsheet and linking to my videos. I also wish A/B supersets, tempos, reps, rounds, rest, and notes were all easier to input.
FitBot looks much cleaner.

In the mobile app it shows you the weights and reps the last time you did the exercise in any given program. Unfortunately this doesn't show in the workout builder on the desktop version. Having something as simple as the past weights and reps of a specific exercise populate right next to where you enter weight,sets, and reps would be enough to progress from past workouts.

This is critical being able to write a program on single screen and then being able to implement the session and log information while looking at the past 2-3 workouts would be hugely helpful. Maybe 4 quadrant editor view that allows you to have 4 workouts up at once?

I program in cycles 6 -12 week cycles and it’s been taking me a tremendous amount of time to map out the training. I’ve been looking for another system to program workouts and then transfer to trainerize but if I had the ability to view the training as a whole even if it’s a whole week at a time it would save many of us a ton of time.
Having a table tracking the total volume or sets per muscle group or movement pattern across the week would be sick.
Even if it were only available in the desktop software it would be good or auto save with swipe left and right quickly between days

I think the most important part of this feature should be simplicity, and making it possible to select exerises, sets and reps very fast and with out lots of clicking.
If I could for example only use my keyboard to move between fields with tab, search for the exercise and then and having a auto complete drop down list to select the correct exercise, then move on to sets and reps with the tab, and like that add all exercises without touching my mouse I'd be super happy :)
I see with other platforms that they add too many fields by default and it becomes too much work to program.
Ditch the youtube search, and rather make that part of the exercise creation dialog.

For me it's all about having an oversight of the total volume per muscles per workout and the weekly volume.
It's first when I move the exercises into Trainerize that I start pairing exercises together and figuring out supersets, etc. At that point I might adjust the sets to make it a bit more userfriendly.

I typically write routines on a per-week basis, between two and six routines per week, depending on client, goals, and training age. Right now it's a bit of a pain to go through each of the weeklies for different groups to ensure that there's sufficient volume per major muscle group across the entire week.
The ability to open multiple routines side-by-side -- ideally up to six, but even two would be an improvement -- would be really helpful, even without the ability to edit them.
Ideally I'd like to see a lot more tools for writing and analyzing workouts (both pre- and post-) by week, month, and/or training cycle rather than simply as discrete routines.

Allows you to order Light, Med, Heavy, days over the training block, replace exercises to work around injury or equipment, see volume and load over certain days, makes you able to set a whole block at once and copy light day to medium and just change reps/sets/weight without having to go back and forth on a page. - Like a table weeks 1-4 at top days 1-6 downside and you fill in the workouts in one go!

Right now, you can only view one workout at a time and it's time consuming to switch between workouts. In order to make sure the training plan as a whole makes sense a feature where every workout scheduled shows in full detail (editable) would be great.
