I am surprised this isn't already available. I like to mix in timed circuits with supersets and intervals. Would be very beneficial to have this.

Yea need this. Only current way to do it is have multiple workouts in different formats listed on same day, but that gets confusing for the client.

I would like to be able to do some sets in weights and reps but other exercises I would like to time and have the interval timer available

Here / here. Those of us wanting to create Crossfit-type workouts are extremely limited. The ability to create calorie goals for cardio like Rowing or Ski Erg as well as Repetitions schemes would be greatly appreciated. Also the ability to create Ascending workouts like rep scheems. of 21-15-9-3 of reps with a 40-30-20-10 Row for time.
The ability to AD HERO workouts into Trainerize would increase your revenue greatly without a doubt.

I want to be able to have some of the workout be interval and some to be circuit or have reps

Agree - I would like the option to offer strength training followed by a HIIT finisher

Be able to mix different program styles in the same workout. Eg standard strength and intervals

YESSSSS! This is the same thing I was thinking. As it is, I can't use the circuit or interval options because I like to assign a warm up and cool down. Both of those only work if you use the 'regular' option.

It would be good to be able to design programs that consist of regurlar workout with cardio finishers using a EMOM, intervals etc and be able to use the app timer???

I agree with this I have a client who does her strength workout first and adds in interval work to the same workout. Would be nice to not have to have separate workouts created.

How has this not been done, yet? Haha

Totally agree. As it is now, it's easy to get tripped up and boxed in by the rigidity of how the programs can be structured. It would be awesome to have more room to play with incorporating different types of training into the same workout.
For me as a coach, I think it would also make it easier to create the program in the Trainerize website or app, rather than writing it all out by hand first and then copying it over because I'm able to think better without the restrictions of "this is X type of workout."

This needs to be the next thing added on trainerize, mixing combinations of circuits like tabatha and having the option to end with some individual strength training exersices

Yes I agree, I always do a strength component and finish with a circuit.

I love this idea! It's perfect with the type of training style I offer!

Rather than adding a separate workout to the same day, it would be nice to combine the type of workout for a client. Often times I will mix strength exercises with circuits.
