Allow trainer to track their own workouts without having to create a client profile for themselves and using up a client seat.
As a trainer who pays for the app, I should automatically get my own profile to log/track my stats and workouts, instead of having to create a separate profile for myself and taking up an actual client seat that I am paying for. This has never made sense to me.

I agree we should get a free seat.
I also agree, that, ideally, the app would support both modes (as user and as trainer).
That said, for those who are currently struggling with this, know that you CAN download another app by Trainerize… called Peak Fitness… and log into it as your "client self". It will work identical to Trainerize's Fitness App, as if you were a client using it (except that you don't see your custom branding if you have it).

I hate having to take a paid seat for myself, its so crazy. Signing in and out repeatedly is so annoying on top of that

💯, this would be very helpful, even more to understand when the client is struggling with certain issues.

Absolutely, I completely agree with you! It's quite logical for trainers who are already paying for the app to have their own dedicated profile for tracking their workouts and stats. It doesn't make sense to use up a valuable client seat for this purpose. Having a separate profile for trainers could streamline the process and make the overall experience much smoother. This would not only be more efficient but also a fair arrangement for trainers who are investing in the app. Your suggestion could definitely improve the user experience and save both time and resources.

This would also be helpful for ACTUALLY seeing what your client sees. What we're able to see as supposedly the "clients perspective" still isn't what they actually see. Unless you log out of your trainer profile and log back in with your client profile, what you see isn't actually what your clients are seeing. It makes it difficult to help them when they ask questions since we aren't seeing what they see. And yes it would also just be nice to use for our own workouts without using a client seat. I think if we are selling it to our clients we should also be using it and getting the same experience they are.

I have no idea how my clients are experiencing my program. Having to sign in and out is also tedious work. I'm paying for the service, I should be able to use it fully.

I completely agree with this. Would help us better understand the client experience.

I 100% agree with this. I need to be able to track my own stats and use them as potential examples, and not have to login or out each time I need to track for myself.
