Being able to create progress update forms to send to clients weekly/monthy or fortnightly
Instead of having to use a third party to get progress updates from clients, we can do it all in one place, fully customize it and reply to them from that form.

It would be helpful to have a form to send the client at the end of their program. To see how they liked it, areas to improve, track their personal progress (mindset, confidence), get testimonial, rating, if they want to continue, would they recommend you, etc. Just the ability to put in a custom form for the End of their Program

A lot of individuals go to Home Depot for home renovation. Keeping customers is one of the most important aspects of running a business. Consequently, this feedback channel both retains existing clients and attracts new ones. When customers share their positive experiences with a company's goods and services, they become more involved in it.

It is critical to include and in app check in. Most other apps already so and members will start using other apps. It's way too inconvenient!

THIS IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE! YOU HAVE TO HAVE THIS. Its probably due to the fact that their servers are not sufficient. Thats why it takes so long to upload videos. smh
