Progression Spreadsheet Updates on Program Calendar
Issue: When you update a program exercise by changing it on a program that exists on a calendar, the exercise does not update on the scheduled calendar.
Discussion: This is an issue because you can never change a exercise on an existing program without unscheduling the whole workout and redoing the progression spreadsheet.
Recommendation: Allow changes to the workout exercises and progression spreadsheet that will also update on the program calendar.

this is such a big problem in the app, how has this not got more attention!!! Needs sorting, what a waste of time having to redo an entire programme every time a client needs a diff exercise. Poor poor
