Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Apple Watch workouts get deleted if you forget to rate them after ending

    This is honestly one of the most frustrating things about using trainerize on Apple Watch. When you hit “End Workout”, the session doesn’t push to your phone right away. It only pushes over if you immediately rate the workout.

    If you forget to do that — which is super easy to do when you’re out of breath, putting weights away, or just moving on with your day — then when you open the app later, the workout is gone. Deleted. All the effort, all the data you thought you tracked? Vanished.

    It’s beyond annoying because the whole point of tracking…

  4. # of session trcking and milestone alerts!

    I would love to see the tracking of session attendance on a clients profile to see how many sessions they have completed or session credits they have used...bonus points if the app sends the coach or us an alert when a person has booked "X" amount of sessions. ie, we do 36 and 100 session mile stones. Maybe the milestones can be customized by the club.

  7. Auto-Pair Uploaded Workouts with Scheduled Program Workouts

    I’d like to suggest a feature that would significantly enhance the integration between wearable data (like Garmin) and scheduled workouts within Trainerize.

    The Problem: Currently, when a client completes a workout on their Garmin (or other device) and it syncs with Trainerize, the session is uploaded as a general workout and does not automatically match or merge with the corresponding scheduled workout in their program. This results in two separate entries on the calendar. One from the watch, and one from the plan, making it difficult to track progress accurately and creating confusion, especially for clients who are data-driven.

  8. Intelligent Step-by-Step Advancement System

    Trainerize has a built-in algorithm for continuous strength improvement that you can feed your baseline test results into. An exercise session is designated as "Testing Week" by the coach and a vertical list of exercise variations, from easy to hardest, is given. As soon as a customer logs their AMRAP set, SmartStep does the following:

    Gets the relative strength by dividing the load by the body weight or by adding up the rigorous reps and holds.

    The exercise card shows the weekly rep targets, such as going from 4 to 10 reps throughout an 8-week micro-cycle.

  10. Spot to log Heart Rate when recording an activity

    add a spot in the recording of an activity to record what the heart was. Example under walking you have time, distance, max speed, incline and total calories. Add Heart Rate

  18. Allow clients to upload and track exercises they choose when they workout on their own

    Maybe I've missed the feature, but my clients want to be able to add the exercises they choose when they work out on their own outside of our 1 on 1s. I do online and in person training and have had clients from both ask me about this.
