The ability to cycle macros in the in the app and space in the app to store client information
I would like the ability to adjust my client's macros daily. This is crucial to have the ability to do this without needing additional files, folders, or apps. I work with competition prep clients and want the ability to set daily goals and ideally have a folder for each client inside the app.
Is there a way to add a folder inside the app so there is no need to go outside of the app to view additional client information?
The way the app is currently, you have to have outside files to store client information.

Have the ability to remove the Trainerize Portion from the dashboard link on the desktop version.
If you have an account with the custom app and branding there should also be the option to remove the Trainerize portion of the desktop dashboard link as well to have it also be fully customized to our individual company/ business like the app is. Even if this would incur and additional fee.
Example: https://mapleforge.trainerize.com/app/client/
Remove the trainerize part from the link.6 votes -

Small changes to the cardio section would have a huge impact on the app making it unbeatable.
More and more I’m being asked to program both gym and specific running and Triathlon training especially for those interested in hybrid training. It’s a shame to have to go to another app to program their cardio sessions. There is soo much potential for this app to become the first real place to accommodate both strength and conditioning and endurance based training.
Designing specific running speed intervals at the moment is quite difficult. It would be great to be able to expand the cardio with a little more detail
for example entering specific data to in the client profile account inputting training heart rate zones.
Listing specific categories like base, tempo, speed interval or long duration if possible as it will cross over to other sports like cycling and swimming. Even if the app interval wheel was adapted to be finer rather than jumping in 5min jumps, would be beneficial. Especially designing track speed workouts.

Integration with Biocanic
Biocanic integrates with lab tests and most bio tracking devices (ie. garmin, oura, etc.)
It’s just a matter of time before someone else does it. Why not Trainerize?2 votes -
More specific rules for the challenges
I'm really enjoying the challenges! They've made our group way more engaged, which is awesome.
But, the rules for the challenges are really broad; it's kinda easy to bend them and get ahead. For instance, someone could walk for a minute and get the same points as someone running for an hour – not exactly fair play, right?
I'm thinking if we could get more specific with the rules, we could create some really cool challenges that give our clients a better experience. For example:
Activity-specific challenges, like just running, walking, or another activity, where only a specific activity counts towards the challenge.
Setting a minimum time or distance (think 10 minutes or 1000 meters) – anything less doesn't cut it for the challenge.
Going for total distance or time challenges, where everything adds up instead of points, and you can hit a target threshold too.
A total steps challenge where every step counts as a point, or a daily step challenge, where you get points for hitting your daily step goal.
A protein goal challenge where you get points for hitting the daily protein goal, instead of all macros.
Oh, and having the option to start and end the challenges on specific dates would be gold. Then we can do monthly challenges, rather than just X number of weeks...
Just tossing these ideas out there.

Purchase a product direct from the app
If a visitor on the app page will download the app, and he is NOT a member already, then he cannot use it. I had some incidents with people who downloaded the app and could not use it because they were not members of my clubs.
So, I think it will benefit the app page visitors when they download the app to have the option to buy a product directly from the app, access the app, and use it based on the access the product purchased provides.
Also, we will not have the problem that they might download and be unable to use it because they are not already members.
Plus, this will allow us to expand our client base and create campaigns with a target to have more downloads for our app.

Message "Office Hours"
I would like the ability to schedule "office hours" different from the current vacation message ability.
When being messaged before or after my "in-office hours" I would like the ability to schedule a message stating that these are outside of my office hours and that their message will be answered when I return.

Switching between apps doesn't erase entries.
In the middle of my workout (tracking reps) when I switch to another app, then back to Trainerize, all of my entries are erased.

Enable Messaging for Basic Client to Upsell In-Person Clients
I'd like to propose that we add messaging, plus the ability to track photos and stats to the Basic Client type. Basic Client is great for managing in-person clients. By adding messaging, it keeps our conversations with clients professional and within the app, so no personal contact info is shared. Communication outside of training sessions is crucial for building rapport and nudging in-person clients toward our more detailed online services.
Additionally, allowing in-person clients to track their photos and stats directly in the app can be a great teaser for what they could achieve with a full online and/or hybrid personal training program. These features combined can also give them a taste of online training, as well as allowing a smoother transition should they decide to upgrade.
Lastly, I personally think the workout builder and meal tracking should be exclusively for the online or hybrid training clients, not for the in-person only clients. However, the messaging feature should be an essential feature for Basic Clients.

Similar exercise to swap with within workout
It would be helpful to add an alternate exercise area within each workout that one can do when a specific machine or equipment is not available for a main exercise I prescribed. It would save a lot of time and explanation.

Text message reminders for in-person and virtual appointments
I want to use the calendar portion of the system, but I can't because I need to be able to have text message and email reminders for in-person and virtual consultations. I currently use another app that links to my Google calendar, but I pay a separate fee and would love to do it through Trainerize.

The ability to move supersets/circuits from one workout into another
The ability to save a superset or a specific block in a workout and transfer it to another workout/day. This is DIFFERENT from saving the entire workout. Imagine being able to create a specific warm up or a strength segment and being able to plug and play those into new days with different accessory work or conditioning. I need this often and it would save me SO much time.

Allow each food item to appear when adding meals from advanced meal plans
When adding a meal from the meals library in the advanced meal tracking option, instead of adding the meal as 1 serving and the cals and macros get logged, I want each food item to be appear so client can change the serving of the individual item or swap out an item they don’t want in that specific meal.

Make it possible to pick a certain time inside the video
Right now while watching the client's video it is impossible to pick a certain time frame
For example if I see something at 45s in to the video and want to look at that REP again specifically, then I got to exit the video and watch the first 44s of it again to be able to look at it for the second timeThis REALLY ups the time trainers need to spend on watching videos. Please make it so that we can pick different times through out the video.

Grocery Shopping List
Let the trainer have the ability to see the grocery shopping lists. When I zoom with a potential client I want to be able to show them the features and currently I can't show them the list as its only accessible by clients. Additionally I can't screen record it to send to potential clients in emails, DMs or show on social media.
