Swap/ remove an exercise in scheduled workout(s)
Should be able to remove or swap an exercise in scheduled workouts. It is a real pain when I have to swap an exercise for a client but the only way to do it is to unschedule the workout and re write the entire workout again just to accommodate the new exercise.
Surely there is a better way and I am missing something?
Thanks

Similar exercise to swap with within workout
It would be helpful to add an alternate exercise area within each workout that one can do when a specific machine or equipment is not available for a main exercise I prescribed. It would save a lot of time and explanation.

Drag and Drop everything there is SO MUCH UNNECESSARY CLICK LABOR
To move a workout to another program within in the same client profile takes 5 clicks.
Why not drag and drop?????

Need a button which just automatically fills in what you did the set before. Please!!!
On the clients app, have a button that you can press so that when the do an exercise, it automatically populates with a the rep and weight figure that already did. i.e
Bench Press
set 1
12 reps X 17.5 kgset 2
xx reps x xx kg3 votes -
highlight exercises that have already been used for the previous workout plan when creating a new one for a client
It would be AMAZING and save me SO MUCH TIME if I did not have to go back into the previous workout program(s) for the client and write everything down that they have already done in order to make sure I don't add the same exercises. So maybe each one that has already been used could be highlighted or something.

Progression based on 1RM
Basically give the trainer the option to set progression spreadsheet based on the clients 1RM.
For example a client 1RM for deadlift is 200lb and to progress this client the spreadsheet gives the option to set it based on % off 1rm. starting from 70% and slowly progressing this client to 90% of 1 rm for reps.3 votes -
Exercise Type: Timed (faster/better)
Exercise Type: Timed (faster/better) for sprints is a good, but it would be drastically better just by adding milliseconds. In sprinting, there's a huge difference between a 10sec 100 meter sprint, and a 10.89sec 100m sprint.
As is, this option isn't really functional at all for timing sprints. I'd rather athletes not enter a time at all, versus being forced to input the wrong time.
Thank you for your consideration.

Fix the way programs logs are presented to coaches
The current way we use to review clients training logs is really poorly presented and confusing at worst.
We need it to be presented to us in a coherent way where the exercise order follows the program and all logged sessions are presented from left to right.

View workout stats in the progression spreadsheet
Enable previous exercise stats to be displayed in the workout progressions .I currently have to have the clients previous workout open on my phone while I enter into the progression spreadsheet on the laptop. This makes things slow and a bit annoying when travelling overseas. Ideally it would be great to be able to access this just from the mobile app and do progressions from there.

Edit workouts and not effect scheduled sessions and progressions
When you edit a workout for a client in a built program with schedules and progressions, you have to reschedule and redo all of the progressions. make a way to edit the workout and simply substitute things so that the schedule and progressions remain and dont have to be re done.

Preset Supersets (Warm-Ups, Cool Downs, specific WODs)
I wish we had the ability to preset specific warm ups, cool downs, WODs, and other supersets/circuits that get used in multiple different programs.

Allow a client to leave a rating of perceived exertion (or comment space) for an individual set
It would be very helpful to be able to leave a rating of perceived exertion (1-10) for each set for the coach and client to look back upon. This data will be very useful. It can be as simple as adding a box next to the reps and weight boxes which can be enabled in settings. Hope you guys consider this as it is an important component of tracking and periodisation!

Some ideas around 1RM
1) Being able to manually enter a client's 1RM for an exercise
2) Using percentages of 1RM to prescribe a workout weight, this is especially useful for the long-term progression of programs

different rest periods possibility between each set
I want to give every set a different rest period. Now I have one option for all the sets in one exercise
Or
I have to plan several times the same exercise to arrange that but this will change the progression data...

Shorter timeframes for phase length
We should have the ability to shorten the training phase as they aren't always a week long or in weekly increments

Keep a timer option for timed based exercises.
It would seem that if the exercise is definitely time based, I should be able to set a recommended timer for that exercise.
Currently, if an exercise is Timed (Longer Better) or Timed (Shorter Better) or Timed Strength, we lose the ability to select a recommended timer with the exercise. We can only type in text with the exercise when prescribing it to a particular client or workout.
If I can make a feature request, please allow Timed exercises to have an editable timer on them like standard Strength exercises.

During workouts; adding a "comment/ note" sections after each exercise
When my clients and myself are using Trainerize I explain it as a "digital journal". I think it would be beneficial to add a "notes" or "comments" section after each exercise. For instance if I complete a Bent Over Row and my 3rd set was too light at the bottom of that exercise I could make a note i.e "go heavier next week on 3rd set too light". It could be as easy as where it usually says "+ ADD NEW SET" there could be another option saying "+ADD COMMENT".

Save Partial workouts or workout blocks to be able to quick-add
It would be great to be able to save workout blocks in our templates to be able to quick-add or quick build around. It would save some time in WOB instead of having to go look for a workout that has that block in it and then delete what you don't need.
