automated calories and macros
A way of automating calories and macros for clients especially for low ticket, low touch, having the option of manual, automated (without someone checking them) and automated (without checking them) - these could be done on a product by product situation. and also the ability for the automated calories and macros check in at x weeks - also automated.
EG, if client is in cut and hasnt lost weight but isnt consistent the ai tool will suggest better adherence and lower calories.
THIS would be game changing.

There should be an option to be able to manually enter the amount of macros you want each athlete to consume each day.

Ability to fully customise daily nutrition/macros to be able to integrate carb cycles, refeed days etc.
Right now you can only set up a very basic, linear calorie and macro goal, it would be good if you could customise this further to daily variaitons.

Log Daily Macros Button VS MyFitnessPal if Cronometer/LoseIt/Apple Health isn't available
As much as I would prefer integrations with Cronometer, Lose It or even Apple Health syncing calories/macros/micros. I understand that it's not always something that can happen (or at least quickly).
A "log daily macros" would be better than nothing. This way the client can just input total calories, carbs, protein, fats for the day (bonus vote for fiber and water).
The work around right now is a custom meal each day but it's too clunky.
I'm new to Trainerize and this is a big hang up for me as I recommend Cronometer to clients.
Thanks guys!

Auto calculate and prescribe calorie and macro target and generate basic meal plan
When a new client signs up to a program have the ability to have the system request they update body stats and nutrition preferences. Then have AI automatically calculate and provide the calorie and macro prescription and generate a basic meal plan they can self-guide via the app. Also having tick box to be able to choose which of our plans have training and nutrition or just training or just nutrition selected on the automation set-up

more food tracking app options
Clients should have more options of food tracking apps other than fitnesspal and the trainerize app. I really enjoy the Loseit! app for food tracking, and while i can have clients use that app to track and share it with me, its much easier to have it all in once place. More food tracking apps in general would be super helpful for options

Add new individual meals directly over mobile app
I would like to create new meals directly in the app, just as I can add new exercises to the master library from the mobile app.

Ability to set custom macros
I find that usually protein intake is way to high for clients on maintenance/build since the lowest split is 30% of total calories.
It would be great if we as trainers could modify at least that protein field and set custom goal.

We need more options for macros with the nutrition plans
jumping form 30% protein to 40% protein is way too large of a gap.
For 2200 calories this is 165 grams at 30%, and 220 grams at 40%.
We need to be able to better adjust the macro percentages, or have more percentages. 35% protein is needed for sure at the minimum.

can clients share recipes with one another?
I have a client that is dating another trainer's client. They think it would be much easier if they could share the emails together between each other.

Daily nutrition
For the perspective of client , would be easy to do the nutrition daily information in the app, the nutritional information, content and not just the macros. Like Kahunas app does .
The client doesn’t like to use 2 app ( trainerize and plus MyFitnessPal)2 votes -
Have the meals separated into four categories rather than just three. Meaning: Carbs, Fats, Protein AND Greens.
I urge my clients to build their plates in 4 categories being the ones I mentioned above. Having a "greens" included allows them to make an easy mental checklist for something they're normally lacking in their diets. I think this would be a great addition and help a lot more people on their nutrition journey. Please consider!

In-app Nutrition Spreadsheet for Coaches
With a library of foods available and ability to add more - but having it in app to save time and stream line the service. The current Nutrition Service add on is not enough when wanting to be specific/ dealing with serious comp prep clients

On/ off option for client to set their own macros for hands-off coaching
A client-type option OR setting option that coaches can turn on or off for clients to be able to set their own macros like they would in myfitnesspal or other macros tracking apps. This allows coaches to offer an option for a more hands-off approach for lower-tier coaching.
