This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    Infographic or animation marketing video explaining how online personal training works from a client perspective that we can use on our websites to help increase conversion rates. A lot of prospects don't really grasp the concept of online personal training so a captivating video animation will help clear up the message to drive sales.

  2. Spell check

    Spell check for the messages we send clients. Not that I'm illiterate, but I do brain dump to clients and spell lots wrong and don't always notice.

  3. Option to delete selected Auto messages from a program calendar

    Currently if you want to delete auto messages in the calendar, you have to select all items. The suggestion was made to have the option to delete selected auto messages rather than all items or none.

  4. Coach can send hyperlinks through messaging (not just the long link)

    I do a lot of nutrition coaching through messages and check-ins, and the messaging right now is pretty primative. Would love to be able to send hyperlinked meal plans and nutrition guides without posting a 5 line link to canva (or whatever else I am linking) that looks pretty unprofessional and messy.

  5. Ability to add "notes" next to chat box where it says "files" to see client goals/medications/considerations

    To be able to see the client's goals and focus beside the chat box would help a lot with guiding and realigning the discussions. I have some clients that are taking SSRI's and other medications as well and it would be amazing to see all of that in one place for them next to the chat box instead of needing to open their profie.

  6. Message Reaction Additions

    I'd love to see the "fire" react, a "like" option, and maybe a "mind-blown" reaction as well, to start. It just seems a little weird reacting man-to-man with any of the other reaction options than the thumbs-up.

  10. Show overview of client profile and progress when messaging

    When I am messaging a client, it would be really helpful to see a side bar of their profile. Usually it shows "files". In addition or instead of that tab, having their profile overview would be awesome so I don't have to open up their profile and refer to it every time I'm answering messages.

  11. Video player button configuration

    Please could we move the buttons on the video recorder. When I send a video to a client the end video button, and the retake video button are in the same location. So what happens is if I attempt to stop the recording at the same time the video would time out, the end video button is replaced with the “retake video” button. Then it automatically erases the video.

    I’ve spoke with over 200 trainerize coaches (as I am in a coaching group that all used your app) it is a common problem for EVERY SINGLE PERSON.

  14. Is there a way to change the message at the end of a workout that says "see you tomorrow"? What if they don't have anything in their calenda

    The message at the end of the workout that says "see you tomorrow" only makes sense if they actually have something scheduled for tomorrow. What if they don't have anything in their calendar for tomorrow? It sounds confusing to me! It would be better if it said "see you at your next workout" instead or just "Nice work today!"?

    The ability to have video messaging with clients that allows clips that are over a minute, and voice messages on trainerize messenger would be amazing. This could cut down on third party apps being used for communication and clients check ins.

  17. Auto messages and emails should support more than one language.

    Automated messages and mails can only be send in one language. If my client doesn't speak the standard language he should get the option to automatically change it to his language.

  19. Be able to communicate with clients using your phone & not have to use the desktop version

    Be able to message clients using a "coaches" app or integrate some sort of feature into the app where you can message clients on the go and not have to go to the computer every-time you need to reach-out/reply

  20. Threads for messages

    I've had to move my group to Facebook because it is not possible to create a thread. I do twice weekly group check ins where clients are required to respond.

    On top threads would help organise the chat so that other updates/messages do not get lost.
