Clients Choose Start Date of Program
Currently the only options for a client to start a program they have purchased through Trainerize Pay is to start the following Monday, the day of purchase, or a specific date that I set. This sets up a pretty unfortunate business model.
One of the biggest pieces of feedback I've received from clients is that they would prefer to be able to choose the day that they start the program that they purchase rather than be forced into a certain start option. Would be good to see on the client list where each client is on their program as in phase etc
Would be good to see on the client list on the App itself where each client is on their program (as in which phase of a programme for example or how far in they've got without going into the laptop.

Add custom Meals directly in app
Ability to add or adjust meal „library“ directly in the app. Currently it is only possible ober the laptop website.

Track Session Credits Completed
Right now there is sessions credits but there is not a way to track when a credit is completed. We would like to be able to track credits completed in order to keep track of total amount of credits available to the individual client. ABC Financial had a proper way to track sessions

More data retention and transferability
When off-boarding and on-boarding coaches, it would be helpful if client data, workouts, progress, etc could be easily transported from account to account. Tell clients they will lose all of their information and progress makes for a really poor Ux

Allow larger attachments in Welcome Email
Allow for larger attachments to be sent in the Welcome Email. Allowing us to send larger resources/ebooks.

Meal Plan in advance for clients
Being able to build multiple meal plans and meal plan template's in advance so they're ready to go when clients are due for an update would be helpful - I give updated meal plans to clients fortnightly. Rather than having to perform individual meal updates once a client has checked in. This is a tedious process especially when updating 10's of clients at a time.

In Person Visit log - it would be great to be able to pull a log of previous in person visits.
In Person Visit log - it would be great to be able to pull a log of previous in person visit. Some clients ask for that when it's time to renew and the only way I can give them a log is for me to write down the dates of their sessions, Also, there should be a way for in person packages to expire automatically once all the credits have been used. Right now, I have to manually cancel the package so I can add another.

Disable consultation form email notifications
Allow users to disable consultation form email notifications once clients have filled it out upon sign-up.
When users are bulk-added to an account, these notifications can get overwhelming

Enable Messaging for Basic Client to Upsell In-Person Clients
I'd like to propose that we add messaging, plus the ability to track photos and stats to the Basic Client type. Basic Client is great for managing in-person clients. By adding messaging, it keeps our conversations with clients professional and within the app, so no personal contact info is shared. Communication outside of training sessions is crucial for building rapport and nudging in-person clients toward our more detailed online services.
Additionally, allowing in-person clients to track their photos and stats directly in the app can be a great teaser for what they could achieve with a full online and/or hybrid…

A way to easily reset personal best for a client
An easy way to reset client's personal best. With the roll out of challenges, clients are taking their personal best very series because they want the points. But some find that they pushed themselves too hard to get those in the beginning that it's too difficult to now reach a new personal best.
I haven't had many ask about this, but I think more will once they reach this point.

Clients notified e.g. via email when deactivated
It would be great if there was a way to set up an automated email to a client when they have been moved from a coaching client to deactivated - I've had many clients double check with me that I've definitely deactivated them since they don't appear to be notified.

So i think all this app needs really
So i think this app really needs a proper weekly check in feature, currently you can set up repeated automated questions but only 3 per time, but adding in a proper weekly check in feature alongside all the biometric data would change the game and would help the clients engage more in there weekly check ins

Train yourself without using client seat
It would be great to have a free client seat for the trainer without having to use one of their client seats within their paid membership. I like using the app for my own programs and logging weight/photos but I’m my own coach. I’d like to be able to use the app and still have that client spot open for an actual paid client.

New Client Type For In Person Coaching
I use Trainerize to plan sessions and keep track of my clients exercise progress mostly, Only a few benefit from habit tracking and the ability to set up an online plan for them to do independently.
Please can we have a new client type for in-personal coaching, which is cheaper and doesn't give the client in-app access or any other features. I don't need the ability to take payments from clients either as this is done by bank trainsfer.
To confirm, the in-person coaching option should still have a dashboard so I can still see their steps, calories, MFP and…
