Absolutely, I completely agree! Having the feature of sending customizable weekly or biweekly check-in forms to clients is an excellent way to stay connected and track their progress effectively. It not only helps in understanding their evolving goals but also allows for timely adjustments to their fitness plans. This feature would undoubtedly enhance the overall client experience and contribute to their success.

I do check-in phone calls with clients currently which I would still do with customized clients either way, but this would be especially nice for lower ticket/less customized clients that I would still like to check in with.

This is very important to show accountability from Both trainer and client's side.

Feature is long over due.
Currently having to send them to a google form every week instead.
The app already tracks calories, daily steps, training sessions etc, so how GREAT would it be if you were able to schedule a check in on lets say Wednesday.
Wednesday rolls around and the client is prompted with the custom questions you have scheduled in, and the trainer is then able to see that, as well as the weekly overview (Weekly step ave, Average cal/macro, Sessions completed, ave calories burned in sessions, etc...
All the infrastructure seems to be there with auto messages, habits, and its already tracking the stats, so why haven’t we gotten this feature yet?

This seems like a no brainer thing to have! I just signed up for trainerize and while I was setting things up realized it doesn't have it. Hopefully they will add this soon. I would like to be able to track biofeedback and such in a more systemized way. Hopefully they add soon :)

Ability to check in with a weekly form with questions for accountability would be great

Other apps have a check in feature.
You should be able to add questions for them to answer along with them uploading their photos and measurements.
Its really annoying they dont have this.

This would be a great tool

The only reason I am on a 30-day trial and not convinced to sign up is due to Trainerize being the only online coaching platform that doesn't have 'forms' or some kind of customizable weekly check in process.

Currently just on a 30-day trial and this is the only thing stopping me signing up fully.

This is so important!!! Something we can customize!

My ultimate goal is to have a client download 1 app and have everything in it - having a check in form of some type would help keep them in the app and everything in one place. Many other fitness apps have this feature.

This needs to happen now! It’s ridiculous that this isn’t done. i can only speak for myself but I pay way too much to be using Google docs, sheets or other items to get client check ins done outside this app. It’s ridiculous.

Ability to send customizable check-in forms to clients so that we can check in with their overall progress/feedback/new goals. (Similar to the consultation form but with the option to send it weekly or biweekly.)

A form that allows us to check in with our clients away from our sessions. This form should be automatic and can be scheduled to suit our time and clients.

This should already be a feature! I have separate spreadsheets to do my check ins and it's alot more time and effort on my end

100% a requirement, seems like a fairly reasonable approach as to have to manage multiple forms/submissions is very time consuming
