Add RPE option to every exercise in a workout.
As a trainer and powerlifting coach, out facility would like the ability to rate every exercise in the workout plan to accurately progress athletes.

Agree, would be great to add it in next to sets & reps as different exercises require different intensities 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

That would be a great option, as well as with the possibility to add notes

Yes! I actually got this suggestion from a client. Having the ability to rate each exercise within a workout would give us much more insight than only rating the overall workout at the end. Especially when we assign different RPE/Effort levels for each exercise and we want to see if the client actually followed the instructions.
Also, adding a note to each exercise would be helpful. It happens quite often to see clients change exercise order or do a different exercise because the machines/benches are occupied and they just don't have the time to wait for them to free up. So a quick note would help.
A quick note would also be helpful in many other situations "not performing well on an exercise, but performing well on others", "performing very well on an exercise at which previously the client had trouble" and stuff like this.

This would be a great way to monitor exertion of main lifts without being compared to condition and accessory work

I would prefer RIR to help them know when to progress

Next to sets/reps add in an RPE option is not clean to put it in target, it needs to be highlighted.
Like a lot of coaches certain exercises should be different in terms of RPE.
As of now we just get the full day RPE: which is too generic, or add in a way for clients to rate exercises individually with RPE
