Voice messages!
It’s a bit hard to get your excitement or instructions across when sending written messages so I think voice messaging would be a great addition. I’ve had clients reach out to me this way on IG and the response is much more fluid.

Yes! I use VOXER as the moment and really benefit from the voice message when I am chatting to my clients so this would be an amazing feature to be added for productivity

OMG YES!!! I used to use Voxer and recently moved all communications to Trainerize and for SO many reasons this feature needs to be added. Convenience but also it REALLY helps when you are getting started with a new client or need to touch base about something where voice inflection really helps since things can get lost in written word. PLEASE ADD ASAP :)

YES! NEEEEED! Right now I have to have my clients download the Voxer app, because it allows me to send them text, pictures, videos, AND voice messages. It would be great to eliminate that app for my clients and be able to use Trainerize for this instead

This saves so much time, I see people have posted about it in the past but it hasn't been popular and I haven't a clue why?!
Client checkins can be timely, especially if your trying to explain specifics over message or you try to arrange a time to jump on a call with your client, at times can be a mission impossible!
Now I do currently do this on WhatsApp, but why not integrate such a system into this app?
Voice notes save time, creates a better understanding, enables more description AND adds a greater personal touch.
ABOVE all saves TIME, instead of throwing 20 messages back and forth you can get a full description over a 4/5 minus voice message.
Get Voting! As this would turn into one of your most beneficial attributes to this application!

With so many clients, I would rather talk on a voice message button like Facebook has instead of typing all the time.

Just like iMessage, Facebook messenger, and Instagram dm you’re allowed to send voice recorded messages. This will be great because sometimes some information I want to pass to my clients is too much to write and too busy to get them on the phone. This will be more convenient for both parties

Along with text in messaging, allow a walkie-talkie feature (like the Voxer app). Voxer allows walkie talkie (with options to listen in real time or at 2-4x speed), images, and video!

It would be fantastic if there was a button which would allow us to record and send an audio message to clients. I am sending my clients audio messages using messenger so it's taking them away from the Trainerize app. It's causing confusion as they keep replying afterwards via messenger even though I ask them not to.

This will allow clients and trainers be able to send voice or audio recordings through messenger. This is very helpful when we don’t have time to text or want to get to a specific point of clarification in a conversation.
