Allow to schedule multiple things like before in Calendar
The most recent calendar update took away the option I had before to schedule body stats. Before I could schedule an auto message, select body stat photos, and body stats (so all three things), could be scheduled and chosen to repeat, all in one go. Now I have to seperately select each option and tell each seperate thing to repeat, so it's a slower process, not an upgrade. I actually don't like the new Calendar at all. It just tells me how many workouts a client has done, but I can no longer view WHICH workouts (like how many times…

Please go back to the old calendar. The new one is not as user friendly
The old calendar prior to the last update was much more user-friendly. It's quite small now and confusing to read. Whereas the old calendar with the orange and blue differentiating between different programs was more organized. The new drop down menu on days is nice, but otherwise the organization of the new calendar is not helpful

Drop down alert
I would love the option to add an alert that will pop down or across the screen when a client's account is opened:
Ask about how their dog's surgery went
Remember that they're traveling this week
On antibiotics until 8/17Etc. A reminder pop up would be so helpful.

Generate a client referral code to programs
When a trainer opens up a program for open enrollment, clients can get their own referral code from the program to share with others. This will automatically store the data (how may times the code has been used), within their profile and take a certain dollar amount off the next month's subscription.

Trainer notification when a client STARTS their workout.
We get a notification when a client completes their workout but it would be good if we got a notification when a client STARTS a workout. The trainer could then send them a message of encouragement before they start and/or reconfirm they are good to go for that workout.

Separate On-Demand Phase from the Main Program Phase
Just get back to what it was before. Now we cannot get notifications when a MAIN PROGRAM is ending because there is a ON-DEMAND program going on all the time. It is a lost tool for communities, because when you subscribe a group to an On-Demand program and maintain each person to an individualized program, you stop getting notifications. Just get back to what it was, that doesn't make any sense.

Organizing responses/ interaction in group hub.
I think it would be helpful if the group hubs could function like facebook when it comes to filtering through multiple post. The current feature only has one ongoing thread - - so if I (the coach) have a few posts in a day, and I generate a significant amount of feedback, it just looks like a long list of replies as you scroll down the page (that can be a turn off for some/ harder to sort through). Whereas on facebook if I have multiple post in a day, all replies are saved under that specific post, so the…

Selecting billing start date.
I've been with several trainer/fitness programs and the majority of them allow the trainer to select their own billing start date, not merely when the client signs up. This should be a standard feature. Having clients wait till the first of the month is pretty rediculous and is not a professional business solution.Please, please, please give us trainers, business owners the ability to sign up clients at any day and choose a billing start date.

Add own customised metrics on clients dashboard
Working as a health professional some of the metrics we would like to track are not in the set/standard list in 'Configure dashboard widgets' section.
It would be useful to have the ability to 'add' ones own metrics so that we can enter and track them over time eg Max Squat, Metabolic Age etc
If not adding new metrics, simply having the ability to change the name of the current ones.2 votes -
Change Session/Event Reminder Times
We would really like the ability to toggle the amount of time before a session that the reminder is sent out.
I believe at this point it's sent out 10 minutes before the session. If we could get options to set for all clients at more time choices that would help clients remember their session times.

Weight and rep targets for clients
Allow trainers to add goal targets of weight / reps of exercises in the block weekly to help online client's who train get a better understanding of what weight to utilize.
I currently do this for my clients in google sheets every Sunday before the training week starts but it will be super cool to integrate this idea into the app

email clients that don't show up for in-person classes for over 7 days
I would like it if there could be an email sent to clients when they don't "Book" and in person class for more than 7 days. And an email be sent to their coach.

Reminder Calendar (to-do's)
Please create a calendar system where we can plug in reminders for each client like a google calendar. Ideally where we can assign team members to items. Using multiple apps to manage the back end is tedious.

View all clients scheduled workouts for the following day.
Being able to see what is scheduled for the day, or days, ahead for all clients will help to keep them accountable, check in and keep them motivated to do the workout that day.
This would be more effective for client compliance than asking them why the missed their session after the fact :)1 vote -
Duplicate Calendar
Being able to duplicate calendars so auto messages, weigh ins, photos etc can be duplicated to other clients without having to set up from scratch everytime

Add a "date" filter on recent activities (Instead of the "jump to")
From the dashboard being able to filter out activities for a specific date. This way as a trainer you can comment on all activities for the day and ensure you don't miss anything.

The app is a little buggy. Switching from client to client is a bit cumbersome. Too many clicks to get where i need to go.
The app is a little buggy. Switching from client to client is a bit cumbersome. Too many clicks to get where i need to go. Also, not all clients require periodization. Would be helpful to have an option of which style of training we prefer for that client.
Also, allow notes to be added to the exercise itself. For example if we need to correct form or want to remember to watch for something or a specific non-weight setting on a machine. It would be helpful to have it right there.

We need a scale-weight loss-rate
One of the most important metrics is the rate of weight loss. There's no way to determine that currently without doing calculations. It would be great to see on the dashboard, the client is on average losing 1.3 pounds a week.
