Internal Reminders
App notifications when clients complete a check in form. Also, in the same vein, I'd love the ability to set internal reminders for clients like "build out next phase of program" so I can keep everything more organized for each person.

CLients upload their own files to trainer
Client's able to upload their own files (ie. labwork, physician referrals, physiotherapy exercise prescriptions, etc.) that automatically goes into their attachment tab on their profile for trainers to see.

Trainer Shared Calendars
It'd be nice to have a central calendar that displays all clients and trainers that are working with them in one spot, with a filter option to see just one of the trainer's schedule. It would help with overseeing the daily schedule, preventing double booking, payroll, and knowing when the studio is in use, for those that use studios.

Right click to delete workout from the calendar
It would be great to have the option to delete a workout on the client calendar by right clicking that specific workout and having as part of the drop down so you don't have to click into each workout to delete. The batch delete isn't targeted enough and having to drill down into every workout to delete is time consuming.

We should be able to sort by clients who have most recently signed into the training app on the mobile version of the Fitness App
Right now, you can only do it on the browser version - it would also be cool to see how long ago they most recently signed in underneath their name.
The mobile version of the app currently does show the time the client most recently signed in underneath their name - BUT it is NOT accurate
Would like this added and fixed ASAP

Client ability to switch location/business without signing out
It would be great for clients to be able to switch between businesses/locations WITHIN the app rather than them having to constantly sign out then sign in to a new location. I have considered switching to other apps simply because I have clients who work with other trainers who also use Trainerize and it's very frustrating to constantly sign in and out

I would like the feature of the recent activities that my clients complete to be removed from the recent activities feed once coach has thumbs upped client's said activity. I check my client's recent activities at the beginning and end of my day, and sometimes it makes it difficult to know which activities I have already given a thumbs up for.

Add option to allow the coach to access client's side to input reps/loads for them, and allow them to rest/not worry (for LIVE sessions)
Hopefully a simple add, allowing even more coach-managed control to support clients during live sessions. Cheers!

allow users to have access to trainerize exercises but not clients
If we want to see trainerize workouts or programs we have to allow clients to see the generic trainerize exercises in the permissions.
Personally I don't like seeing demonstrations of someone who can't keep balance on a squat to calf raise, a chance of clients seeing '3 day intermediate db/bench workouts presented alongside a picture of someone doing a kettlebell swing or the many other poorly performed or badly explained movements.I prefer to demonstrate and describe my own exercises and without subjecting my clients to this I have to change permissions so my clients can't access this **** but then…

See when credits were used or if they’ve expired as some clients believe they have more credits than they do. So would be nice to see when they were used or if they expired

Scheduling future non-paid Private/Semi Sessions
Current Issue:
Right now, the only way Trainers/Owners can schedule future appointments in the system is if the client has credits available. This creates two operational problems:
1. I either have to manually schedule the next 4 sessions every time a client pays for credits, or;
2. I have to add credits to their account in advance, which can cause confusion about how many sessions they actually have left.Proposed Solution:
Allow trainers/owners to schedule future sessions even if client has limited or no credits available, but have the system automatically notify the trainer/owner when an upcoming session(s) has not…1 vote
