Coach / Trainer - ABC Trainerize

We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified.

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

Thanks!

  1. Edit recipies

We need to be able to edit the recipe in the meal planner for clients. They should be able to as well.

It's great it can auto adjust serving sizes to fit their calories, but we need to be able to edit the recipes manually to!

This would allow us to customise meals based on clients preferences to taste or just allow clients more flexibility. Plus it would save hours when increasing / decreasing calories for clients using our own custom made recipes.

If I have a meal that is 500 cals, I have to re create the recipe card…

  2. Ability to write a meal plan in the same format as clients log food

Having the ability to build a meal plan in the same format as the in app tracker for clients, that they can view or log food from, so we don’t have to use the pre made or make our own custom built recipe cards

This would make it easier to edit custom recipes for clients

Please create meal plan options below 1400 calories. Its very frustrating. Better yet make it customizable.

  6. minimum calories should be set to 1200

Minimum calories should be set to 1200 to allow for patients that need to consume less than 1400 calories a day to have a meal plan to assess their needs. Not everyone needs to follow calories of at least 1400 calories and there should be an option to have less.

  7. I would love to have the option view previous recipes after they have been regenerated.

I would love to have the option view previous recipes after they have been regenerated. Like a history bank for the client.

  10. Master Library Meal Plans, Smart Meal Generator for custom recipes/meals

As coach I want to be able to make Master Library Meal Plans and auto calculate portion sizes based on my own/custom recipes.

Smart Meal Generator for custom meals too, to individualize the plans for my clients for their individual calorie/macro goal. But everything based on the recipes I recommend.

  11. Make the macros viewable for each day

Each day that I plan for people using the meals in the app I waste time manually calculating what that day's macros come out to. This should be automatic.

  12. More meal options on the lower end calories

We need to be able to create a meal plan for clients who needs less than 1400 calories and still be able to have more options than only 3 meals daily would help a lot to use the meal planner for more clients, some lifestyle clients only need 1000-1200 calories but prefer 4-5 meals split.. Would be great to give them that option with the meal planner..

  13. Instead of choosing "balance, high protein, low carb, low fat" You can customize the % you want your client to have

To be able to input what percentages you want your macros to be. Not just the standard balance, high protein, low carb, low fat.

Be able to create coaches' recipes that can be added to a client's meal plan, and clients are also able to find them when making swaps.

Many clients want to have this done for them but finding they have to take the time to create their own recipes.

  16. AI function to make recipes quicker , add australian ingredients to recipes or be able to insert your own recipes to the meal planner

I'd like an AI function to help make new meals for clients. I'd also love to add Australian ingredients to the guides as we have some very good products that are enjoyable.

Think foodzilla functions all on one app instead of having to have 2 subscriptions!

  17. Should be able to chose custom percentages of macros rather than just pre sets, similar to how MFP is

Should be able to chose custom macros either by percent or grams in meal planning software - the presets arent good enough to make sure clients are getting a good balance of what they need. All my clients are female and I generally work with lower carbs but higher fats and higher protein, the current presets mean the meal planning software is almost useless to me

  18. Customize daily meals by adding or removing a meal (ie. breakfast)

It would be helpful to allow clients and/or trainers to change the meals that are available. This way i could provide a lunch 3 days a week, and dinner 4 days a week.

  20. Have the meal plan view default to the current Day# or add day of the week to Day #s

Currently, when navigating to the Meal Plan, it defaults to the earliest Day # in the week, requiring the user to click on each Day # to get to today's. It's difficult to remember what Day # we are on. An alternate option would be to add the day of the week to the Day # (Day #7 Saturday).
