Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Ability to filter out exercises with no videos, text or tags

    a tracker of some sort that will tell coaches what exercises are posted that have no video, description, and/or tags. In order to keep our app as organized as possible.

  3. Link goals with training + alerts

    Link exercises with goals & alerts
    Ie. If you set a deadlift training goal of 150kg x 5 reps, when the client inputs the data of hitting that weight and reps, it sends an alert to the trainer and client letting them know they reached their goal.

  4. Filter custom added workouts

    We should be able to filter all of the exercises available by the ones we have created. So I don’t have to search through all of the built in exercises to find the ones I specifically added.

  5. New phase pop-up

    It would be great if whenever a client is starting a new phase that it popped up as soon as they enter the app that day or try to start their workout. Otherwise, clients are wondering why their workout is different or need an explanation when it is all explained under the phase and they forget to look at it.

  6. Add volleyball to activities

    Ability to show a month view of your class schedule for both current and prospect clients that either go to your website and see the schedule or can click a tab inside their app to see the whole schedule

  7. Automatically show only equipment used in library of on demand workouts

    Some equipment like smith machines are not used for my workouts. If the list of equipment can be narrowed down to the ones used in the library.

  8. To be able to enter custom cardio types like classes

    To have the ability to enter custom cardio types at our discretion. Examples: mountain biking, Hill repeats, Sprinting, and other sports not already listed on the drop-down list for cardio types.

  9. Allow Clients to share specifics of workouts not done using the app.

    I have quite a few clients who want to use my services for nutrition only. Would be nice if they. had a way to upload their workouts so we know what they are doing at boutique type places (such as Orange Theory, CrossFit, etc.).

  10. on demand instructions

    Add instructions on how to best utilize an on demand program under the main heading of the program so clients are clear on how to implement or supplement their main programs. I currently explain how to use them but it would be nice if it was in writing as well in a clear location.

  11. Editing clients programs

    Once a client has been assigned to a program, outside of having the ability to substitute each exercise, there is no way to change or edit there workouts. It would be nice if we could keep them assigned to the same program but also have the ability to go in and change the workout entirely without having to substitute each individual exercise.

  12. Add description area next to each exercise.

    Even though i might use the videos I still want to include posture/movement reminders. It would be most useful to include it next to each exercise in the workout. To add "notes" at the top of the workout is inefficient and not user-friendly. Noone is going to keep scrolling up to the Notes section throught out the workout.

  13. Calendar View Options for Program Building

    From the trainers and client point of view, within the software, we see the sequential number of days since they started a training phase. Instead, it could include an option to change the view of the sequential training days to an exact calendar date of that particular year? It would be from the client and trainer point of view so that no matter how you look at it the client or the trainer can see their programming calendar the exact way they prefer.   14. The ability to choose how much of a training phase a client sees at one time

    Instead of making smaller phases, have a training phase look-ahead option (like the calendar look-ahead) that would allow you to set how much of a training phase a client sees at one time; this would be useful for larger phases that do not make sense to break up into smaller slots of time.

  16. Clear Calendar on MASTER PROGRAMS the way we can for Custom Programs

    1) NEED the ability to quickly clear scheduled items (cardio, messages, body stats etc) in MASTER PROGRAMS the way we can with a client's custom program.

    It would be the same functionality.

    Currently, as an example, if there is cardio scheduled within a master program, and I decide to remove this (as I am now doing with the new stacked program feature) - I have to go through and manually delete every single occurrence of it. It takes forever. :'(

  17. Total volume for each exercise within the session plan

    It would be great if at the bottom of each exercise there was a total volume displayed in consideration of the sets reps and weight selected.
    Even better if it could be changeable if you add more sets etc.
    This would be helpful for the clients to ensure they're progressively overloading.
