This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. PLEASE ADD TRAINERIZE PAY TO THE BAHAMAS or make it easier to set up product sale without it in the Bahamas

    I do not have Trainerize pay in my country and it's making it very hard `to set up product pricing. once you enter your country you can not change and my clients are excited about the app. Please if you can set this up asap I would greatly appreciate it. Or provide another course of action. PS DONT SAY ZAPIER

  2. Ability to include notes in invoice

    For in person clients I like to include dates we trained in the invoice as a way of confirming those dates with a client and for record keeping by bother parties.

  4. Allow owners to attribute a sale to a trainer or coach for commission payouts

    The owner of a Trainerize account would have one Trainerize Pay account but be able to create payouts for their trainers based on the products they sold that month, etc.

  5. Client cap for certain workout programs or trial intake

    Have a cap for how many people can be on one workout program. Send out a purchase link to an email list but only allow a certain number in

  7. Basket option on Trainerize Pay

    Allow customers the option to add to a basket before checkout for add on features. Currently transactions have to be done separately which can result in loss of sales

  8. Remove ability for clients to remove credit cards

    Some clients have committed to purchasing a 3 months program. They remove their card and the payment fails out.

  9. Possibility payment through gocardless?

    Not shure if it was mentioned..
    This Option would be Great, as i already have a member Setup payment with gocardless for my gym.

  10. allowing clients to pay with more than one card

    Right now when a client purchases a package, they are prompted to enter their card for full payment. Some of my clients would like to split payments into at least 2 cards as a means to pay in full.

  11. Allow billing to start on that day with a pro rated amount, then regenerate on the first.

    I use Wodify too and they use stripe as well.

    It would be nice to have someone start for example the 13th, charge them that day at prorated amount then generate full amount on the first.

  15. Affiliate System - Proportion of purchase going to affiliate partner if someone purchases through a unique link

    Provide associates with unique links to your products. If they promote your product and someone buys it through their unique link, the purchase money is split into pre determined %'s to you and the person who sold the product for you.

  18. Clear information about flailed attempts for payouts & live tracking for it

    When a payout fails because of wrong bank account information the app doesn’t follow up with me once I have updated my information and change the status of my payout. It would be great if the app had a life updating system for payouts.
