Save Client Payment Info On File
Currently TZ is unable to save clients payment info for the coach to add/edit payments or services without the client needing to put their info again.
This causes extra friction with every point of sale.
Many systems that use Stripe allow for payment info to be kept on file -- encypted so coaches can't see it -- but still able to make more charges or edit current subscriptions without any direct action from the client.
Any added friction in a sales process will always lead to lower sales.
The ability to keep payment info on file needs to be added…

Simplify the Product "Main Product" / "add-on"
I've run into an issue on the app, when trying to automate sales of sessions to clients w/ current products and without products.
*Context:
-I have clients who are on reoccurring payments for online training.
-but I also have a pool of 'clients' who are not on payment for any reoccurring product.
-I have an In-person session that I primarily sell to that pool of 'clients' because it happens on a less than regular schedule (due to the fact that I have them self booking that session type).

Add Klarna Payment Option
See this has been posted before... but it's still not up on Trainerize yet - stripe has a partnership with klarna affirm etc - and it'll be really helpful if you allowed the trainers to give that option simply at checkout for clients in the product - this would be huge to increase trainers revenue and also put more money through Trainerize - definitely should prioritize this

Stronger Point Of Sale & Billing Features + Contract Generation
With all the features Trainerize has added over the years, the only thing preventing it from being a standalone CRM is stronger sales and billing features.
Contract Generation - Products should have the ability to add a contract. It should auto-fill client info and allowed it to be signed in app or printed out to be signed.
Stronger Point Of Sales - Allowing partial payments at sign up/payment plans. Custom billing dates, split payments, pay for another member, etc.
Billing Features - Many of the above being able to be edited, pausing/freezing memberships, refunding items to account, applying account balance…

Increase max event types per product
This would enable us to sell 1 product with multiple types of appointments types attached. Right now the max is only 2. Considering a lot of us use this app for 1 on 1 coaching, group coaching , virtual coaching and in person/virtual check in appointments it would be nice to be able to bundle all that together in 1 product aka 1 purchase/subscription for the client.
Monthly Program Example:
1 on 1 Coaching Sessions: 4 per month
Group Workouts: 8 per month
Virtual Check ins: 2 per month
In person Body Composition: 1 per month(this would also increase…

Remove the Email Confirmation for Payments
Remove the email confirmation when making payments to clients, I've found my business has lost about 5-10% of revenue since transferring over from Mindbody due to this feature.
Having clients have to confirm via email the purchase of a gym towel for $15 is frustrating, coming from Mindbody where they deemed once someone has put a payment method into the system it's enough to make transactions without confirmation.
Also with memberships when I have to suspend someone's membership for a week, they have to activate their membership again via email which can also lead to a loss of revenue.

Account owners should receive all payment notifications, whether or not the product automation assigns the purchasing client to a different trainer.

Improved payment management + easily adding and deleting session credits
Currently, there is no option to pause, postpone, or conveniently delete client sessions in case of a refund. As it stands, the only workaround is to add fake sessions to exhaust the credits manually.

Payment plans
the ability to charge an initial fee to start working for a client but have their actually monthly payments start when they have their program in hand. for example: a client wants to work with me it takes 1 week to get their plan going but I want cash in hand before I start working.. but I want their monthly charges to be withdrawn on the day of the month they receive their programming.

To view future invoices
On quite a few occasions I have added discounts on to payments to adjust for holidays/time off yet forgotten to remove this after.
It would be really usefull to get an insight on what invoices are due to be issued beforehand to ensure the correct amounts will be on the invoice rather than having to go through each individual client account to double check values.

I put clients on 12, 28, or 52 week programs. Within these programs, clients can train 1, 2, or 3 times per week.
Sometimes, a client will be training for, say, 12 weeks at 1 time per week and decide halfway through that they want to train 3 times per week.
Currently, the only way to do this is to cancel the current product and start a new one, but if the person doesn't want to start a NEW 12-week program, and just wants to complete their CURRENT 12-week program…

GST Collection
This comment is for Canadians. Trainerize's advice for collecting GST is to build it into your price as they don't have the option to charge it to the customer directly. However, they do charge us GST directly every month but in USD as they have no CAD payment options despite being a Canadian company.
It'd be nice if they allowed us to charge GST directly since it's something they do themselves and it'd make our bookkeeping alot easier.
