Make it so that you can upload progressions without needing to schedule the days. My clients typically don't do their workouts on the same day each week, so having the ability to progress them asynchronously would be super advantageous.

if an old deactivated client purchases a new product - re-activate them automatically
if a client who has previously worked with you (but deactivated) purchases a new product the automation for product purchase date and product start date should still apply - aka online - 2 way messaging etc!!!

A quick check in day of workout, based on the answers provided regarding energy and recovery, the client will perform then the appropriate predetermined workout or rest day, Red Light = rest day, Yellow light = modified workout as predetermined by the trainer, green light = all out planned workout.

The ability to track warm-up sets for strength exercises, along with an integrated warm-up calculator or suggested warm-up protocols for each workout.
Currently, trainers can’t pre-configure warm-ups directly within the exercise itself — they can only include them in the instructions. This forces both coaches and clients to manually calculate loads, which is time-consuming and disrupts workout flow.
This could be implemented in a few ways:
1. Allow sets to be marked as “warm-up” so they don’t count toward working-set history or performance tracking

For someone on the trainerize team to go through the exercises on system and correct exercise instructions. I counter mistakes time and time again, especially on the newly added exercises. I have reported many of the mistakes I have noticed, or mistakes clients have pointed out, with nothing ever being fixed. We play a lot of money to use this system and as fitness professionals it's our job to provide accurate instructions to our clients so they can perform exercises safely and effectively, this is made harder when working with online clients as we are not there to instruct them…

I would love to have side by side photos available for desktop version. Right now we can only do side by side viewing on the app, but I run my business from my desktop and I can't view photos side by side on the desktop version. I barely look at the app when coaching on my phone, desktop only. So more desktop features would be great.

Create 1 meal and then add that 1 meal to several clients meal planner, then adjust that 1 meal instead of making multiple meals. For example a portion of overnight oats i need to make up several meals with different macros , so my libary has got loads of oats

When a client signs up for either 1-to-1 coaching or a group programme, they already provide valuable information during onboarding, such as:
- Age
- Sex
- Height
- Weight
- Activity level
- Progress photos
- Goal (fat loss, muscle gain, recomposition, maintenance, etc.)
Using this information, the platform could automatically calculate an initial calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat target for the client.
The calculations should follow parameters set by the coach, allowing coaches to define their preferred methodology, such as:
- Protein per kg of body weight
- Activity multipliers
