Ability to send check in forms/survey/questionaire each week so clients can fill them out with various fields like tracking energy, mood etc.

This is much needed. I currently use an exel sheet and weekly google form. Current check in functions on App are extremely poor.

YES! This is a vital part of the coaching process that we need added.

Couldn't agree more
Saves us a lot of time to go over feedback through out the weeks / months and see if there are any common mistakes or problems people are facing -

Absolutely, implementing a feature for weekly check-in surveys/forms is crucial for client engagement and accountability. It's about more than just sets and reps; it's about providing holistic support and tracking progress effectively. Other apps are already offering this, and it's become a standard expectation in the industry. Let's prioritize adding this feature to enhance the overall client experience and retention.

How come a basic tool like this is missing and this was posted in 2018? Come on Trainerize, this is the bare minimum requirement. Your competitors are offering features like this and unlimited clients for just $49 a month, while you charge a hefty sum as clients increase. You should be way ahead of the curve

This feature has me using another training platform as a trial run for leaving trainerize

I couldn't agree more with the many comments here.
You have a very good app and it would be a shame that you lost clients over this one feature you don't have.
There is a temp fix with other ways but its not smooth, like an in-house feature could be.
We seriously need this to be part of the application.
Other apps are providing this !!
People in todays society want frequent accountability from their coaches and data to track so this has become a major feature.
Coaching is much more than sets and reps. Please let us know that you are working on this. Thank you.

How is this still not a feature? Just allow us to send automated custom messages that prime clients to give us some data.

This would be great. Even an automated weekly message we could send to our clients that would incentivize them to give some feedback.

This feature is LONG overdue and pretty much a standard capability with tools like TrueCoach, CoachCatalyst, Kahunas. Come on ABC... why so slow to listen to your users. Your incumbent status won't hold you up forever.

Currently, I use a google form. It is a very clunky process.

Yes PLEASE!!!

This would be a game changer. Debating changer over to another platform where they have this included so I don’t have to subscribe to type form or other similar websites costing me a fortune in admin fees!

Highly disappointed this isn't already a feature.

PLEASE. This will make all the difference if clients can open the app and complete all the check in requirements right from their app.

What’s it going to take until they add this feature? Really considering leaving Trainerize for another platform purely for this reason 👎🏻
We shouldn’t have to use external apps or forms for something so crucial to coach clients!!

Yes, definitely critical. Also currently using google forms. Also to be able to save these to the clients profile the same way you can save other documents and or the consultation tab.

Very important to be able to send forms, currently relying on Google forms. This should have already been part of the platform
