This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Period & 28 Day Cycle Tracker for Female Clients

    Allow for Trainers to add in a section where females can log their 28 day cycle with notes, symptoms, etc. This will help the Trainer give them the best training experience based off of their cycle and allow for the Trainer to give insight into how to handle nutrition and wellness activities. Allow for the Trainer to pull a report on this information or have a section that states # of days between bleeds

  2. Assign habits to master program

    Ability to assign a habit to everyone in an entire master program, or create a program based around habits rather than workouts, instead of adding the habits to each person individually.

  3. Be able to upload educational videos that aren't shown as a workout

    Unfortunately all educational videos currently have to be watched as a workout and then rated.

    Is it possible to have educational videos uploaded not as a workout?

  4. Clients add their own goals and habits (Instead of trainer manually entering)

    Empowering clients by giving them the ability to enter their goals and habits. This saves on the tedious tasks and time consuming efforts of the trainer. The more automation and delegation possible, the more effective system. This allows trainers to focus on their CLIENTS, not minor tasks.

  6. Incremental Habit Tracking with Target Goals.

    For habits that require multiple completions (e.g., drinking 8 cups of water or consuming 6 portions of protein), coaches could set a target number.
    Clients would then have the ability to tap a "+1" button each time they complete a unit of the habit (e.g., drink a cup of water, eat a portion of protein).
    A progress bar or visual counter would show them how close they are to their goal, keeping it engaging and easy to track throughout the day.
    This feature would work wonderfully for:

    Nutrition habits (e.g., "6 portions of protein")
    Wellness habits (e.g., "8 glasses of…

  7. Weekly Step Averages Per Client

    It would be so helpful to have the ability to see weekly, and even monthly, averages on step count. As well know, building habits takes time and consistency. Some clients struggle with this and only focus day-to-day, where averages is also a great place to start to spread encouragement and motivation over time so we can focus in on more specific goals.

  9. The ability to have a 'hub' for client resources to acces

    Currently I store all of my client's resources in a separate google drive such as grocery lists, personal development resources, nutrition packets etc. It would be awesome to have a hub in trainerize that could support the shared storage of resources for my clients. Everfit I believe has this feature.

  10. An “education portal”

    The ability to have an education portal of sorts. Where we can load videos that clients can refer to at a later time. Something where we can load “what are macros?”, “how do I use a scale?” Etc. type videos to educate our clients and they can refer to it on a regular basis

  11. Points system

    Utilize a points system similar to your challenges for each client. We can create a system where depending on the client reaching their fitness goals, doing cardio, doing a workout, completing a habit etc they win points like people do in the challenges. We could use this daily points system to increase accountability and at the end of the week give our client an overall report card. This also easily teaches them what to focus on and how to be flexible with their habits. For instance 20 points for reaching goals without going over, 15 points for a strength training…

  12. Possible to upload videos on mentality and habit trainings.

    I help my clients to change their lifestyle and a big part of that is mindset training, it would be easier to have a library i can upload here and not just links.

  13. Allow clients to put in goals + weight goals themselves

    I would LOVE the feature of letting the clients add in new goals themselves.

    I track my clients for every kilo they go down, and are micro-managing them to much.

    They love that feature, because they get hyped every time they go down a kilo.

    When it comes to goals, i have micro-goals in different exercises as squat, deadlift, pullups etc and if they could add the new goals reached, that would be so so much more good.

    Please open up this feature.

  14. Ability to pre-schedule habits to master programs

    Like workouts can be pre-scheduled for master programs, the ability to do the same in bulk (schedule multiple at once for the same time period) with habits would save me hours of time!

    Habits automatically tick off when they have reached them. E.g. when someone hits 10k steps - it automatically ticks off the habit.

  17. Video vault

    A section where you can add and store educational vidoes. This could be for nutrition advice, mindset, tutorials on how to use the app for clients. I could go on.

    This is all this app is missing right now. Yes maybe a few other tweaks here and there for but a video vault would really help my clients get better results through better education

  18. quickly add a task to a day from calendar view

    Have the ability to quickly add a task via the client's calendar, This could be used for adding in a bodyweight goal and a breakdown of the goal week by week or to add a reminder to complete a task that is only needed on a specific day.

  20. automate habits

    Ability to add/ schedule habits as part of master shared programmes (it is currently all completely manually and incredibly time consuming) I have clients choose their habits on their monthly form then I manually schedule them. Having the ability to make habits a part of the programme is one thing, and then also having an option in settings to switch on clients being able to add their own habits to the app will save trainers a heap of time!
