This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. File library that a trainer can use to drop to a customer

    Meal prep tips, cheat sheets, specific food stats etc. - you want a library of docs you can upload for the company or trainer that can be used to drop for a customer.

  2. view entire Client Calendar workouts to help with programming flow

    Currently you CAN NOT open a clients calendar and easily see on previous days what workout/ movements/ exercises were completed. If you could allow previous workouts to be viewed in the Client calendar, and simply edit a specific day with the whole calendar open, while still seeing previous days... this would allow a easier flow and visual to make sure as the trainer you didn't accidentally program the same thing or similar movement.

  3. More in-person training adjustments

    A way for trainers to have a single compact screen for in-person session use so you can quickly just enter something like 3x12x15 instead of having to input data for every single set. Also a way to add workouts to client profiles that only the trainer can see/use, for in person training use as well.

  5. Cardio machine workouts with resistance and pace settings

    The ability to make a cardio work out with machines (elliptical, treadmill, rower, stair climber etc.) and set pace, heart rate, resistance, and elevation with time blocking. ie. 5min warm up at 50% heart rate at resistance 3 elevation 1, followed up with a 2 min 70% heart rate at resistance 6 elevation 3, next up a 30sec sprint at 90% heart rate at resistance 9 and elevation 3, so on and so forth.

  6. Faster account switching

    Easier switching between a trainer sign in and client sign in.

    Make it so that you don’t have to sign out and sign into a different account when you have a coach for your personal use and you have clients under you.

  7. editing programs easier, it needs to be easier to edit client programs, that are subscribed to a master program

    We need to be able to edit program easier, with RPE rating this is the point, so we can review and change where necessary, without having to subscribe/un etc.

    Also an RPE option next to each exercise, just like reps/sets x, not all exercises are equal it would be amazing for more in depth programming, I really like the App so far, but if other software comes up with these features and I know they are, then a lot of coaches will switch over.

  8. Folder for pdfs that I easily assign to clients or a group program.

    A trainer’s folder to keep pdfs . I would like the ability to easily assign certain documents to clients, group or program. This keeps all their training/nutrition/program information in the app.

  9. Clients have requested a THUMBS UP or BADGE when check off workout for the day

    Several of my clients have asked if they could get a badge, thumbs up, or medal pop up after they check off a workout for the day. We are a group that likes gold stars!

  11. Drag and drop master programs to place in folders/tags

    I spent half an hour and couldn't find how to tag master programs (I created new tags, but how do you tag a program?) and there's no help entry for it either. Let us just drag them into a tag!

  13. Static side bar in groups

    Anything you can do to build in the features of social networking apps that people love (and are addicted to) will help us to grow our businesses.

    A static side bar in groups where trainers can post links, videos, and other commonly-used resources would be very helpful in the path toward a true social network.

    Social sharing options from the app would be great too!

  15. Using the advanced progression sheet even if cliënt hasn't scheduled the workouts

    Now we can only use the progression sheet if the cliënt has scheduled the workout. But I cant schedule the workouts for my cliënt because their workout days may vary from week to week. But I still want schedule the progression of the workouts for them in advance.

  16. In an Interval type workout, being able to enter the amount of reps performed during the REST

    Currently, in order to document and report the amount of reps during an Interval rate I can only do it after the workout is done, and who can remember while putting it all out. The documentation is important to see improvement from workout to workout.
    It'll make it easier to report if during the REST part of the interval workout you can enter the amount of reps.

  17. Have Youtube links made blue/clickable in the workout description for quick access to Youtube workouts/exercises

    Currently, a Youtube link posted in the workout instructions only turns blue/is clickable when viewing workout on the mobile app, not the desktop. I want it to be clickable on the desktop app as well for clients that use the desktop app.

  19. Be able to program regular/circuit/interval styles in one workout

    When building a workout it would be useful to be able to use multiple formats- ie: regular and interval, rather than having to make them separately.

  20. Exercise demo vid side-by-side with the workout instructions

    Had two new clients tell me that it kept interrupting the flow of their new workouts to have the video take over the whole screen, then have to move back to the instructions to see how many reps, etc
