Screenshot Blocker for Barcodes
Clients are reporting that members are able to do a screen shot of their ABC barcode and text/share to a non-member thus allowing that non-member to use the screenshot of the barcode to gain access to their gym. They want us to enable the app to where a member cannot screenshot or share the image with anyone else thus preventing fraudulent activity. Typically it turns the screen black or at least the outcome of the screen shot. Example similar to the Les Mills feature where a member cannot screen record any of the content that is playing on their phone.

Manual Check into Class - Time limit
Need to Limit Time to say 2 hours prior to class that a member can manually check into a class. Currently they can book a class and check into the class as soon as they are booked. Even if it is a Week in advance.
Causing major issues with booking. Clients not showing up to classes but are marked as attended. issues for members that want to take the class and issues for payroll. As classes are showing full but only a fraction of the members are showing up.5 votes -

App to display the amenities that the member has access to based on membership type.
Clients would like members to be able to view their membership type and amenities in the app. For example if I am a Gold member (level higher than Basic) the member should see they have access to: Gym 24 hours, Tanning Beds, Towel Service, 1 complimentary Smoothie (once a month). Also would love to have a comparison for "If I upgrade to Platinum, I would get these additional amenities: 2 PT training sessions, pool access, tennis courts.

Hide classes when the time for the event has passed
The app used to hide classes the moment that class start time hit. In this new rendition, people will see any prior class that hasn't been closed out, which again, might cause some confusion for the members.

Remove ABC club number from the class roster location name
The location's now display "##### Club Name". That number is meaningless to our members and doesn't need to be member-facing.

Employees need to see full gym schedule
Employee view does not show full gym schedule. We need this to recommend additional classes to members.

Larger Groups
Allow groups to have more than 1,000 members at a time. Some clubs have thousands of members and it would be great if the limit can be increased.

Family Memberships - Ability to switch between family members in app
Most family plans include minors who do not have an email address or are too young to be using a mobile device.
Please implement the feature for family plans to display their different barcodes/users when the primary member does not want or has other unique email addresses for the family members.

Auto-refresh the apps dashboard whenever navigating back to it
If you change clubs in the app the Home screen should auto refresh to the club they have chosen. Currently it does not do this unless they manually refresh and this can cause confusion.

Remove the “Add to wallet” feature or ability to turn it off.
We should not have a feature that encourages members to NOT use the app. We want to push people to the APP not away from it.

Check into Class Indicator - Color Coded
Check in indicator on the calendar so members can see they are checked in and trainers can see who has checked in (yellow wait-list, booked blue, checked-in green)
currently on the App it is hard for a member to tell they are actually marked as attended.

Alloy members do not get an option to add links to the CBA. No Custom Branded App drop-down menu via Add-ons.

A toggle option for being a client and trainer
PT hub an option for yourself to be a trainer and a client both and toggle between the two. It would be nice to write your own workouts in the app and be able to ''train'' yourself or have a client view.

Trouble shooting guide
As instructors, we find that although the desktop version of our website is correct for class enrollments, the app lags behind. This often results in classes being over booked. We also noticed that some classes listed on the desktop do not appear or update in the app. We would like to know if there is a FAQ or User Manual for the F19 app specific to GX

Announcement URL Behavior Change
Currently, when we add an announcement with the setting "Open a webpage", it will automatically take the user to the webpage when they click on the announcement notification.
Please change the behavior so that when the user taps on the notification, it opens the app for the user to read and then decide if they want to go ahead and access the webpage.

Ability for Trainers to Verify and Complete events through app
Allow trainers to verify events through the app so they get marked auto-completed in DT. Currently, members can manually check-in and verify to events through the app but not trainers.

Request to change the error message "The payment has been declined"
If a member is expired, the error should indicate such.
Telling a member their payment was “declined” in today's world causes them stress/anxiety thinking they were hacked, or there is a problem with their payment cards. This is especially a problem for us when we are the “new” billing/software company taking over a club's members. I think we would all agree that is not in line with the experience we want to project, and perhaps is something we can have addressed in a future patch?
