Trouble shooting guide
As instructors, we find that although the desktop version of our website is correct for class enrollments, the app lags behind. This often results in classes being over booked. We also noticed that some classes listed on the desktop do not appear or update in the app. We would like to know if there is a FAQ or User Manual for the F19 app specific to GX

Allowing workers to use their account for signing up for classes without needing to make a separate account with different email.

Ability for Trainers to Verify and Complete events through app
Allow trainers to verify events through the app so they get marked auto-completed in DT. Currently, members can manually check-in and verify to events through the app but not trainers.

Auto-refresh the apps dashboard whenever navigating back to it
If you change clubs in the app the Home screen should auto refresh to the club they have chosen. Currently it does not do this unless they manually refresh and this can cause confusion.

Remove the “Add to wallet” feature or ability to turn it off.
We should not have a feature that encourages members to NOT use the app. We want to push people to the APP not away from it.

Error Message Suggestion
When a staff member uses their email address for their member and staff accounts if they are instructors for a class and a member attempts to book, they get the following error message
"Unable to book the class - ABC Email address staffemailaddress@email.com(example) already in use by another user."
Please remove the email address from being displayed for security reasons or the staff member's email will be visible to all members attempting to book.

A toggle option for being a client and trainer
PT hub an option for yourself to be a trainer and a client both and toggle between the two. It would be nice to write your own workouts in the app and be able to ''train'' yourself or have a client view.

Announcement URL Behavior Change
Currently, when we add an announcement with the setting "Open a webpage", it will automatically take the user to the webpage when they click on the announcement notification.
Please change the behavior so that when the user taps on the notification, it opens the app for the user to read and then decide if they want to go ahead and access the webpage.

Request to change the error message "The payment has been declined"
If a member is expired, the error should indicate such.
Telling a member their payment was “declined” in today's world causes them stress/anxiety thinking they were hacked, or there is a problem with their payment cards. This is especially a problem for us when we are the “new” billing/software company taking over a club's members. I think we would all agree that is not in line with the experience we want to project, and perhaps is something we can have addressed in a future patch? This is NOT a critical now issue that is impacting thousands, and the financial impact…

Allow the client access permission to be toggled
Give Owner/Admin the ability to toggle Client Access depending on the team member role.
For example, have the ability to toggle a setting to allow the Shared Trainer role to access all clients not just assigned locations.

Customer Service Email on the APP
The contact email in the APP engagementhelp@abcfitness.com can be confusing to members, quite a few members email into this email to freeze or cancel or dispute payments etc. Can something be added that says: This email is ONLY intended to research, troubleshoot, and escalate app problems that are being presented to members/clients. Do not use this contact for any membership changes or concerns.

Auto-build a program where clients specify equipments/days available to workout
Save the gym operator time instead of having their trainers having to build beginner workouts so clients can self-service.

Remove the ability to add workouts
- Clients/members SHOULDN'T be allowed to add workouts and programming by clicking on the + Add workout button. This would be a big deterrent to our program.

Hide Enrollment Numbers
I have a few classes that are new at a new location. I have a few members that are being discouraged from enrolling in a class if they see 2/50 enrolled.
