Add weekly averages for things like body weight and steps
I track weekly averages of my weight and steps and it would be nice to have the option to select date ranges and automatically see averages.

add to the app an area where you could see how busy the gym is at the time you want to go
So say someone doesn’t like to come workout when it’s too crowded. a place on the app to check to see exactly how busy the gym is at that time.

Post more than 1 photo per message
Right now you have to post a photo at a time, making group posts really long. I wish we could post multiple photos together in one post.

Service Refresh
When a user (on main screen) pulls down to refresh data, the app should synchronize with all connected services (such as MyFitnessPal, Apple Health, etc) for newer available data and metrics for a more informed and accurate data graph with latest values.
Currently the user has to do this manually.
By going through:
Settings>Connected service>Pressing “Sync now”Automatic sync is available but happens once a week of once in a day.

Rather than integrating with FitBit, bring that function into the app by integrating with a food database.

Ability to enter weight & reps even on timed workouts
Yes you can add weights and reps on all non-timed workouts but its annoying to have to write down all my reps and weights on an EMOM style workout and then add them all in at the end of the workout. I'll never remember all my reps and weights without writing them down somewhere.

Ability to track mood, food and jot down thoughts of the day
I’m working with my trainer on my relationship with food. Being an emotional eater has stalled my exercise progress. So it would be helpful to allow a place to track my daily mood as well as generic notes for that day. Possibly linking to My fitness pal or allow for food tracking in the app would be helpful too

Add time between workouts to change position
Automatically add [custom] time between all workouts to change positions (so the athlete can move from abs to squat, etc) and not lose time.

Mountain biking is different than road cycling. You could add elevation gain which is an indication of a harder workout.

Be able to export your weekly workout plan to PDF to keep track of your progression and weight used on previous exercises. Compare progress photos with specific workout plans.

Able to track blood sugar level
Tracking blood sugar level will enable the coach to understand whether their clients are eating well and in the same time whether they could do workout on that day. And what type of precaution that this person could take. Something to remind the client to take their medication or even notify them to rest well that day
