After each training session, there should be the opportunity to write a note
It would be great to associate a note with each training session, sort of like a diary, right in the app. Then you could look at your notes one after the next, and see how you’ve progressed. This would help to explore how you felt after eating a certain way, a stressful week, quantity of water intake, etc.

Fix food search
I have been amusing for a couple months now and don’t mind the app. But I have noticed the search field to find food is a little glitchy.
If I am not quick enough typing the cursor will change places and totally trash my search terms. Fixing this would be a nice ease of use improvement and I imagine minimal effort?

Save information
If i need to open another app to get some information it deletes what I typed in, even though i didnt close it.

Meal Tracker
When searching, food should come up based on previously picked items. Scrolling to look for it in the drop down list is time consuming if I have not had it recently. This could be solved by having a drop down menu for each category so it’s easy to repeat the item or choose food in that category to eat when making food. Eg. Breakfast - jumbo eggs, egg whites, avocado, blueberries. This would help when logging food for the meal. I often will log something before I make it if I’m not at home so I have something to follow…

Don’t lower the volume on YouTube or my music playing in background when the timer is set on going and then when its going off on trainers
The background noise cancellation feature is disturbing my music playing the background during workouts

Adding a day of the week along with the date on each day
Currently only the date displays, it would be nice if it said Sun, Dec 29th. Instead of just the date.

Add a widget to add a specific workout performed off-plan.
Most people involved in this workout program are pretty active I would imagine. I think it would be important for coaches and trainers to see the full breath of what is being done both on and off workout. Adding a widget to track these exercises would help a coach or trainer to see what has been done both on and off plan. Counting steps, going on hikes, for me I do a lot of martial arts, just things that would impact the effectiveness of individual workouts so that our trainers or coaches can either Taylor the plan to the activity…

Edit workout and save without having to mark workout complete
I like to pre-plan my workouts and weights/substitutions for the week to save time. But in this app I can’t do that without marking the workout complete and noting how hard it was. Allow a save without marking complete function; and let me edit multiple workouts and save them.

Keep a running history of notes and weights
I like that I can autofill the last weight I used, but I really want to be able to log notes for each movement and see a running history of my notes AND what weight I did to make sure I am progressing over time.

Ability to save own work outs created, so can be selected when required and not needed to be entered each time.
Personal work out logging and saving. So outside planned sessions, your workouts are logged and in a library that can be tapped in to reoccur. I know the PT’s can do this for me but having that ability ourselves would make it easier to track progression and use already set workouts without having to enter it every time. Also now I’m thinking some kind of plotted graph 📈 to so progress visual on a specific exercise.

Hitmeal is an app similar to myfitness pal and integrating here would make it much simpler to share macros for meals

I would love for the app to stop freezing every time I try to add a meal. I’m hard restarting sometimes 10 times to get it to work.
There’s nowhere on the computer for me to add a meal so I have no choice to de the app to log a meal and it is incredibly annoying to restart it over and over and over
