We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. PUT HOURS OF THE CLUB IN APP

    There absolutely NEEDS to be a section on the app that says the daily hours of the gym. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE HOURS ARE CHANGED DUE TO HOLIDAYS!! AND SEND AN APP NOTIFICATION WHEN HOURS ARE UPDATED FOR A PARTICULAR DAY! It’s not even posted on any social medias, they need to advertise their business hours on something other than google.

  3. Add a schedule for youth sports classes and leagues

    This would help parents when coordinating schedules to transport their child/children - we could also see upcoming season schedules, even register through the app

  6. Automatically check in to all upcoming classes, even if they’re more than an hour out.

    Currently, the app only checks you in to an upcoming class only if it’s within an hour of checking in to the gym. Sometimes, you arrive at the gym more than an hour before your class starts. This is currently preventing people from appearing as checked in to classes even though they’re present.

  7. Please make the barcode larger

    The barcode to check in used to be larger, but now it's much smaller making it more challenging for the barcode reader to pick it up.

  8. Need the Ability to Toggle Between Family Account Members in one App

    Primary account holders, or even all family members, need the ability to toggle between people in their family plans. For example, many children do not have their own cell phones. Having to log out and back in each account to book each child is extremely tedious, so parents won't book their children at all or book everything under their own name. Then, it conflicts with classes the parents may want to take. Checking/scanning in is even worse. Whether the app saves login information and let's you toggle between accounts like instagram or FB or uses a drop-down menu within one…

  9. Motivational Milestone Merch

    Would love a series of Elev8tion fitness tshirts only available based on check in dates. Should be high levels like 100, 200, 300, 500 checkins etc. first shirt could be free or just ability to unlock them for purchase.

    Would serve as a great motivation for new comers. I’m going to treat myself to my first shirt after I reach 100!

  11. Adding pass to apple wallet does not work

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    Don’t know if it is just my phone, but I cannot add the entry pass to my apple wallet from the new Golds BC gym app. It keeps saying “try again” or “add later”.

    In the payment history section, each line item should show gym details and the ability to download these receipts.
