    I need to be able to set guidelines on macro targets per meal, or at least be able to see total amounts for the day while planning the meal.

    This is extremely important and one reason I use Zoom over trainerize video. Once Trainerize can get virtual backgrounds I'll be able to move one more piece over to them.
