This needs to happen! Some clients love their habit streak and it seems so odd to need to break it and create a brand new "habit" when it's realistically just a progression on what they're already doing.

Totally agree we need this. "Editable Habit Progressions Without Resetting Streaks"
Many habits (like protein intake) evolve over time—e.g., a client starts with 30g at breakfast, then adds a protein snack, then works up to their body weight of 150lbs taking in the full 150g/day.
Right now in Trainerize, we have to delete and recreate the habit at each stage, which resets the client’s streak—even though it’s the same habit, just progressed.
Request:
Let us edit/progress habits without losing streaks or history.
Being able to say, “You hit your protein habit 154/180 days—you're a different person now” is what great coaching looks like.
If you coach behavior change, you want this.
