I’d love to see adaptive RPE-based load suggestions added to the app!! This would help address two key challenges I see with my clients. First, with more advanced lifters, it ensures they aren’t pushing themselves too far or attempting weights they’re not ready for, reducing the risk of injury while still progressing safely. Second, with newer clients, it guides them to increase weight appropriately. Many simply don’t realize that if a set feels easier than expected, they should move up.
With this feature, after completing a set, clients would input their RPE on a 1–10 scale, and the app would automatically adjust the recommended weight for the next set or next workout. Suggested weights could appear as greyed-out targets, offering guidance without locking them in.
I think this would make progression safer, more personalized, and help clients build confidence in their training.

The estimated time is almost always way off, and it ends up stressing clients out more than it helps. At the very least, trainers should have the option to hide it from client view.
That said, I also think it’s worth investigating on the back end. With the amount of data available, the calculation could definitely be refined to something more realistic. Making it more accurate and/or giving trainers control to remove it would go a long way.

YES! Right now, the “Timed (Longer Better, e.g., Planks)” category seems to assume clients are supposed to go to failure, since we can’t actually assign a specific time for those exercises. Honestly, this category feels unnecessary. If an exercise is meant to be performed to failure, we can simply use the “Endurance” category and note that in the text assignment.
@Trainerize Team, please either remove “Timed” as an option entirely and switch all exercises currently under that category to “Endurance,” or update it so we can assign a time and allow clients to record how long they successfully performed the movement.
