while connecting with clients. most of the times the clients send more than 1 messages to which we have to reply seperately. so to avoid any inconvenience please initiate a feature of replying to a specific message

Is there a way to change the message at the end of a workout that says "see you tomorrow"? What if they don't have anything in their calenda
The message at the end of the workout that says "see you tomorrow" only makes sense if they actually have something scheduled for tomorrow. What if they don't have anything in their calendar for tomorrow? It sounds confusing to me! It would be better if it said "see you at your next workout" instead or just "Nice work today!"?

Voice memo’s in messaging that way you can give feedback & clients can better read your tonality when coaching.
I often use trainerize + WhatsApp strictly for the voice memo features. It benefits the client to be able to ask questions on the fly. It also benefits the trainer to be able to be more time efficient with responses. Additionally, having a voice memo feature allows for there to be less confusion with tone when giving coaching cues and critiques.

The ability to have video messaging with clients that allows clips that are over a minute, and voice messages on trainerize messenger would be amazing. This could cut down on third party apps being used for communication and clients check ins.

Auto messages and emails should support more than one language.
Automated messages and mails can only be send in one language. If my client doesn't speak the standard language he should get the option to automatically change it to his language.

Be able to communicate with clients using your phone & not have to use the desktop version
Be able to message clients using a "coaches" app or integrate some sort of feature into the app where you can message clients on the go and not have to go to the computer every-time you need to reach-out/reply

Scheduled/pending auto messages appear in chat with client to avoid repeating things by mistake
Example: auto message on day 3 prompts client to connect their wearable fitness tracker, but they already did or you already talked about that with them. Please give the option to 1) see scheduled messages in chat and 2) ability to cancel auto message for specific client, without having to turn off the auto message for all clients in settings, then have to remember to turn it back on once the day passes.

Threads for messages
I've had to move my group to Facebook because it is not possible to create a thread. I do twice weekly group check ins where clients are required to respond.
On top threads would help organise the chat so that other updates/messages do not get lost.

Ability to create and customize our own auto-messages
I can see this idea is already listed but throwing mine out there too in the hopes that this feature gets added. I have to manually add automessages to my clients program (I save them in a word doc and cut and paste them in). I'm nearing 200 clients so having to do this every time I set up a program is crazy and takes valuable time. This would improve onboarding, client satisfaction and retention and free up the coach's time for building more business.
It only makes sense to Trainerize and to everyone.

Improved messaging please.
I currently use Telegram to communicate with clients because I can pin messages, reply to certain messages, and send voice messages. It'd be a lot easier for the onboarding process if clients didn't have to sign up for multiple apps.

Messenger history
One HUGE feature Facebook and What’s App have are the ability to search with a keyword through messages. This is a great selling point for coaches who go through a myriad of messages and want to more easily find past information from previous conversations without having to sift through numerous messages, which could take a lot of time.

Auto-Message with customization sheet with a Master Program
Being able to program auto-messages with a workout in discussion groups or in personal inbox of a master program subscriber. This way I can be sure to raise awareness to the client of a specific feature for the week. If it's only written on the client's program, he might miss it.

Ability to create a library of Auto Messages
Much like we can create our own exercise library, it would be great to create certain auto messages that we can simply grab and drop into the calendar for a program. I feel like I am re-writing these every time. If you could select Auto Messages and then it took you to a library that you have created and you could simply select the appropriate message (with editing features if needed) it would be a huge time saver.

Have video upload instructions or tips in Trainerize messages.
Many of my clients have issues uploading videos for form check. They don't know that they need to keep the messages below 20MB until after they filmed the movement. Having some tips or instructions would improve the messaging experience and would greatly reduce frustration. I personally have to answer questions about this at least 3x per week.

send auto message when a client first signs up
When setting up a new product for purchase it would be so helpful to be able to schedule an auto message on that product's automation. Just like we can auto-tag the client, assign them to a trainer, set up the client type, attach pdf, etc on the first purchase. So when a client purchases that new product they will automatically be sent a message pertaining to that specific product.
