Session packs that auto renew based on usage versus time based
When a clients session pack pack is used up it auto-renews so that the client does not need to be invoiced so often. Easier for them.

If a client goes on vacation, they should be able to self-pause their subscription without having to contact us to do it.

To have the ability to automatically upgrade to the next client package when filled
So currently when you hit your limit on a certain client package the next client gets shown an optin form to basically a waiting list. What I would like to option for is to be able to automatically upgrade to the next package up so they don’t have to wait for me to upgrade manually and contact them. Maybe the option to opt in to this for those that want it. (In trainerize pay - number of seats)

Charge USD as opposed to what my bank account is in.
I’m based in the U.K. but most of my clients are in the USA. Can I charge them in USD as opposed to the currency my bank is in? If you can change how it shows up based on the client country it would be easier to sell. What options might be available?

Allow clients to trial program for 7 days & automatically roll them into the subscription unless they cancel.
Offering a Trial option with automatic roll in into the paid programming (unless cancel) without client having to actually purchase the paid programming. This is allowing clients more time to question/hesitate and not continue on with the program.

Similarly to the way Stripe offers cross-sells, it would be very handy and effective to be able to list add-on products with core products on the same checkout page (just click and add).

Stronger Point Of Sale & Billing Features + Contract Generation
With all the features Trainerize has added over the years, the only thing preventing it from being a standalone CRM is stronger sales and billing features.
Contract Generation - Products should have the ability to add a contract. It should auto-fill client info and allowed it to be signed in app or printed out to be signed.
Stronger Point Of Sales - Allowing partial payments at sign up/payment plans. Custom billing dates, split payments, pay for another member, etc.
Billing Features - Many of the above being able to be edited, pausing/freezing memberships, refunding items to account, applying account balance…

I put clients on 12, 28, or 52 week programs. Within these programs, clients can train 1, 2, or 3 times per week.
Sometimes, a client will be training for, say, 12 weeks at 1 time per week and decide halfway through that they want to train 3 times per week.
Currently, the only way to do this is to cancel the current product and start a new one, but if the person doesn't want to start a NEW 12-week program, and just wants to complete their CURRENT 12-week program…

Hi there. whenever i advertise the app a lot of clients search for it on Playstore or App store and get confused when they get prompted to "sign in"
they find it tedious to have to first message me as the trainer to email them an invite and then they can finally sign up.

Have a starter guide with some price points for how to start
Some trainers are having trouble setting price points. It would be great if you have a starter guide with a basic suggested, pre set packages and prices, they would have the option to use it until they get on their feet.
Some of us are not good at marketing and feeling out areas for pricing. some money, is better than no money, with your help, we can be more successful. It would be an option they could use, and opt out of in the future.

Subscription Cancellation Fee
Currently, I send a separate link to our clients that cancel their long term subscriptions, prematurely. It would be great if there was a cancel button that the coach can activate or the client, in which an early cancel invoice will be sent to them so that their program can be canceled out. The coach should be able to set the cancel fee prior to the client enrolling as an attachment to the subscription. Start a Program the day after purchase
Currently, if a client purchases a product, the program can start on the day of purchase, the next Monday, or a fixed start date.
I don't want my clients to have to wait until the following Monday. But, if I select start on the day of purchase, the client might miss out on important scheduled messages or workouts that were intended for day one.
For example: Let's say I have a scheduled message for 8 AM on day one, but the client doesn't purchase the program until 5 PM, they will miss that message and any important information that came…
