How can one build a "context-aware" AI coaching system within Trainerize—capable of automatically adjusting workouts, nutrition, and behaviors based on real-time data (sleep, stress, adherence, and wearable data)—while still ensuring deep personalization and avoiding over-automation that diminishes the role of the human coach?

Autonomous Scheduling Feature For Clients Who Do Not Have Full App Access, But Are Not A Basic Client
There currently is not option for in-person training clients who DO NOT have app access to be able to schedule autonomously.
We have in-person training clients who denied purchasing a training app subscription, but still need to be able to schedule (they cannot be a basic client because training staff needs to be able to log workouts/track progress)
Any solutions available for this would be greatly appreciated!

Prospect Waitlist for in-person training

3rd or 4th Variable option
I would like to be able to enter an extra variable sometimes. Things like Med Ball Slams. I would like to be able to enter 10 reps, 10 pounds, and then the time they got it in. This is also useful for farmer’s carry, distance, time, weight used, and 4th variable of reps

I would like to see a Coach's Option in the Mobile App
I like to work on my client's on my phone while traveling or going on walks while getting my steps in but having to login to Trainerize through the web browser makes working on clients from my phone very difficult. It would be nice to have an option in the mobile app for a coach's view so we can work on our clients right from the app

APPLY NOTES DIRECTLY TO A CLIENT'S WEIGHT TIMELIME.
I would love to see a feature where we can add notes directly to a client's weight timeline to help identify weight trends and relationships between what caused a specific trend at a specific time. For example, I would love to be able to add a tick mark (note) to a date where they start prep, implement an enhancement, go on vacation, get sick, etc. So, we can easily see exactly when we started or implemented a variable and how they're weight trended as an effect.

Coaches should be able to enter clients data such as body fat, weight, muscle mass
It would be very helpful if coaches can enter in client information such as body weight, body fat, muscle mass percentages. A lot of my clients are busy and dont have to time to do admin things like this on top of logging their workouts, food, etc.

List of all previous plans for clients
Being able to see all plans given to a client and when they were subscribed to the plan. Either master copies or not.

check in tab 'at a glance' view
under 'clients' add a tab called 'check ins' so we can see at a glance who has / has not completed their check in and chase them easily in the morning without having to go into each individual client account to check.

Export client email addresses for a specific program
For a Master Program, we should be easily able to export or directly email clients that are in a specific program. This would ideally also have the option to include clients who have previously purchased a program but are not currently active. Seeing as we cannot message inactive clients from the Trainerize messages, we need an easier way to reach them. Going through the entire client list and selecting (by memory) the clients is a huge hassle.

A "View only" feature to re-activate someone's account without notifying them via email.
I have a team of coaches, and they "close someone out" and deactivate when someone is finished. As a Coaching Coordinator, I re-activate a client who ended their program to look at progress, stats, use photos for marketing, etc., and it sends the welcome activated email to the client. At times, this confuses the client, thinking they are not completed with their coaching.

Basic Client Membership for Unlimited Trainerize Coaching Library Access
Trainerize should offer a $10/month subscription for anyone looking for a workout app that provides endless amounts of trainers with access to exercise/workout library (Trainer will select/create products based on what will be available).
If a Trainerize coach is interested, they can create workouts/splits/programs that will be available to the general public to make a one-time purchase and can keep in the clients library, as long as they are a member of the Basic Trainerize monthly plan.

Required fields upon app set up
It should be required for the client to fill in all the fields in the initial set up before proceeding and completing the app set up AND/OR the Trainer should be able to choose which fields are required and not required

I am new to trainerize but I would love to be able to repsond to a checkin from the actual checkin form. Right now it looks like I have to do it from the messages in either a text or video format.

automatic notes of changes to program, cals, targets etc
When you update targets such a cals or steps or other data being collected, having an automated date stamped note so you can go back and see what changes were made and when, to give a trail of data, rather than just losing it when the data is changed.

Allow Different Terms of Use and Forms per Product
Many coaches offer multiple products and services within the same Trainerize account (e.g., online coaching, small group training, in-person training, challenges, programs, etc.).
Currently, Terms of Use and intake forms apply globally to all clients, regardless of the product they purchase.
It would be extremely helpful to allow coaches to:
• Create different Terms of Use per product
• Assign specific waiver agreements to specific programs
• Use different intake forms depending on the service
• Customize onboarding flows based on product typeFor example:
