This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Allow invoices to be edited

    Allow trainers to put company information (address, registration number) into invoices.
    Also, to add logo to the invoice.
    These are LEGAL requirements of LIMITED companies!

  4. The Golds Gym Elite PT app is not available

    After I upgraded to iPhone 17, the Gold’s Gym Elite PT app was deleted and I can no longer find it on the App Store.
    The link provided by Gold’s leads to a not found message on the App Store as well.

  8. Disable automatic meal plan email update

    Have the ability to disable the email that is sent EVERY time a meal is swapped.

    For context - I allocated my clients meals based on their preferences using meals that I have uploaded into the app. This means that a client will receive 21 "meal plan updated' emails when I assign them a meal plan.

  9. Check in format for client to update coach

    A quick check in form for trainer/coach that allows the client to let us know how they are doing weekly or bi weekly. They can send messages but a checklist with room for comment would be great.

  11. Select All Custom Uploaded Exercises

    While organizing our custom exercises we can deselect all of them if we have previous select them.

    But, if we want to select all of them we just simply can't. Or If I want to delete all my custom library I have to select all exercises, one by one. With a 500 videos library that's not very handy.

    So being able to select all exercises with a click is much needed update.

    Why this is needed? If I make changes in the videos on youtube, on name for example, that same update does not show up in our trainerize library.…

  12. The Breakdown of Protein, Fats, and Carbs

    I would like to see the complete breakdown of Protein, Fats, and Carbs. Basically, I would like to be able to click into the Macro wheel for example (Carbs) and be able to see what exactly the Client is eating that may be putting them over on Carbs, Proteins, or Fats.

  13. LIVE TRAINING SESSIONS AND THE OPTION TO BE RECORDED FOR LATER USE.

    I do have a comunity of members currently where part of their benefits its mee giving live training sessions to them as part of their training plan, I teach this on a private account on instagram. the communications happens through whats app , the gaminfication happens on another app.... so im currently looking for a software where i can have it all in one.
    and my suggested idea is to have the posibility to record live training sessions qithin the app to all the members, and have the option to be recorded for members who where not able to attend…
