This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Master Admin Notification Management

    The ability to turn on/off the different types of notifications on behalf of clients and staff would be IDEAL to aide those that are technically challenged (or accidentally switched something on/off that they didn't intend to).

  4. Joint availability for coach and nutritionist

    Ability to share an availability calendar between a coach and another a coach.

    For example, a trainer and a nutritionist might be on the same call.

  7. Allow habits to progress (scale 1-5) instead of "Yes"/"No"

    Some habits, for some clients, might work better with different means of tracking progress (i.e. a scale of 1-5) instead of always being a binary "Yes"/"No" option.

  8. Writing Workouts without Using Thumbnails Videos

    It would be great to be able to format writing programs without having to use a video thumbnail. Many of my seasoned clients do not need video thumb nails. It also takes a bit longer to write out the programs because I have to attach a video with it. Exercise.com has this option.

  9. Add button for "add new set" to apple watch app

    When using the phone app, you can easily "add new round" to any given circuit. When using the apple watch app, this is not an option. Would be helpful to have the option to go through any given set another time while using the watch app too.

    Allowing us to set progressions for Master Programs. This would save us a heck of time. Currently the system only allows us to specify the progressions after the master program has been assigned to a client and this is very time consuming. We want to build base template programs with the progressions already built in ONCE, and not have to do this over and over for the same program, especially for the same profile of clients.

  12. Expansion of Trackable Performance Goals

    Automatically tracked goals, similar to the weight goal, would be useful.

    Examples could be 1RM, 3RM, 5RM, 1km run, 5km bike, 500m row etc.

  13. Complete Workout Builder

    I would like to be able to build a full weekly program when I create a workout where I can add more than one daily sessions.
    This will make it easier for me to store and save workouts without clogging up the folders. (Mass workout 5-days, bodyweight workout 3-days a week, .....)

  14. Review by Workout Filter Fix

    The Review by Workout filter only shows the current workout selected, so is not really a filter. Adding the ability to select any workout in the program, or at least the current phase, would be helpful.

  15. Preferred Name Field for Clients

    Add a field for "Preferred Name", and have this field available in Auto Messages. Clients often sign up using their legal name, but are referred to by another name. When the client receives an auto message with the legal name, it can appear like it was not a personal message from their trainer.

  16. Allow trainers to schedule any workout

    Trainers should be able to schedule any workout that they have built vs. only scheduling workouts that were synced into that clients program. Clients need adjustments to their plan all of the time. The exercise substation is nice, but will not work well if i need to sub for every exercise on the fly.

  17. Ability to complete all habits in one day

    When recording habits and ticking off as completed to just click once on the tick box.
    Suggestion: to add a pop up box to ask to record more? If they need to go into more details.
    During a challenge with 4 plus habits a day for the last week, Clients didn't mind having to tick them off but the time it took to click in and then click in again was frustrating. Something with less touch points to record this info all at once would be ideal no?

  18. Add "pole fitness" and "aerial dance" to activities

    Pole fitness and aerial dance(silks, hoops, and hammocks) are pretty trendy now. Most of the women I met have tried at least once, including my clients. Many of my clients go to pole classes and I'd like them to have the option to document it. Thank you.

  19. Calendar time block control

    Currently on the calendar, clients can schedule appointments. Having the capability to only have a set time block available on specific days would be best. Example: I set a block that I'm available for training monday-saturday 5am-8pm. A client ideally wouldn't be able to book an appointment for noon on sunday or 3 am tuesday etc.
