Custom Interval Times
Although there are few threads regarding doing different interval times, I think it would be extremely beneficial to enter our own custom times. I have clients that do HIIT sessions and they progressed by approximately five seconds per week for each set. However, the application only allows you to jump from 60 to 90 seconds. This makes it very difficult to make a customized program

For interval training, it would be helpful to have a reps x seconds option when making unique exercises. For some reason, I'm having trouble using the progression spreadsheet to program various conditioning/interval training progressions. So far, the only solution I've come up with is to treat the conditioning exercise like a strength exercise (reps x weight), but to clarify in the notes that the weight is in seconds, which might lead some clients astray. The only way I can edit the progression spreadsheet to adjust the amount of reps and the number of seconds between intervals is to copy and paste the entire session. When creating custom exercises, having a reps x seconds option for interval training. Reason being, is I am currently unable to use the progression spreadsheet for programming different progressions of conditioning/interval training and the only work around I have found is to create the conditioning exercise as though it's a strength exercise (reps x weight) and explain in the notes that the weight is seconds, which can cause confusion for some clients. This is the only way I can change both the number of seconds an interval is and the number of reps to do in the progression spreadsheet without duplicating and recreating the entire session.

Having the ability to fully customize rest times and the duration clients spend on each exercise, whether through traditional training or interval training. For example, 8 minutes on the treadmill instead of 5 minutes.

Please include 75 seconds as an option between 60 and 90 on the interval workout builder. Thank you!

It's helpful to use the interval timer when building running plans, but It would be useful to be able to set the minutes and seconds ourselves.

In some interval workouts I do 30 seconds intervals with no rest between a series of exercises, but it would be very helpful to be able to add a 5 seconds transition from one exercise to the next, for the client to have time to set up themselves, the minimum time Trainerize allows to add is 10 seconds and this is too much for transitioning.

We really need to be able to set CUSTOM interval times, not just a drop down menu of some choices. I am trying to use it for spin class design and need 6, 7,8,9 minutes as an option. Being able to set custom would just make easier.

I am trying to create a run plan and the interval times go up by 5 minutes each I need to create intervals for 6, 7 8 minutes upwards and it would be good if we could either customise them or have the option to put them in.
