Multiple Check-In Forms
It is great that we have the ability to create a check-in form now within Trainerize, but would love the ability to create check-in forms for each trainer in our account or the ability to have various check-in forms for the different types of clients in our account (in person / hybrid / online / etc).

Customizable individual client check in forms
Is there a way to customize client check in forms , i have many clients. Eg client A is great with macros, client B isnt good with macros. I don't want to send a generic check in form to all clients about macros. IS there a way to make each check in unique?

Trainer email + app push notifications for client completed check-in forms
When clients currently complete their check-in forms, there is no notification sent to the trainer via email or even an app push notification. Trainers have to manually review the "recent activities" section in the app to see if any check-in forms have been completed. Automatic trainer notifications for important high-priority tasks, like reviewing check-in forms, is vital.

coaches to be able to do side by side comparisons in clients progress photos
clients can do a side by side comparison of their photos in the app but as coaches we cannot on the web. Can we have this feature added so that when we are reviewing the clients photos we can see clearly how they are doing side by side please.

Education section
There needs to be an "Education" section or portal that is separate from workouts. Clients need to be able to refer to videos uploaded by the trainer for basic education for true remote coaching. This is already available on other apps and if not added makes Trainerize fall behind the competition

Nutrition Automations
The following functions:
• auto message sent when client doesn’t hit daily nutrition goal
• auto message sent when client doesn’t hit daily nutrition goal 3 days in a row
• auto message sent when client doesn’t hit daily nutrition goal 7 days in a row
• auto message sent when client DOES hit daily nutrition goal for 3 days in a rowAlso a filter to prevent the same message being sent multiple times to a client, to prevent feelings of automation. This will help trainers identify clients barriers much quicker

Basic clients still have ability to message coach
It keeps the line of communication open without taking up a seat. This is crucial for us as coaches to generate on going sale/business. Instead of relying on email campaigns to retarget.

Ability to Remove/Change Session Credits
No way to remove or manipulate credits once added to account. Would love a way to be able to change a package if necessary.

AI for Auto Messaging (Client Specific)
It would be nice if we could have our own AI assistant that we could explain our business model/ program too. In doing so the AI assistant would be able to have full blown conversations with each client based around their needs. This would further automate certain areas for the trainer, and would take the load off for personally messaging each client.

CHECK INS/PROGRESS PHOTOS
Client Check ins: Automatically keep check ins and progress photos in a “UNREAD” or “NOT YET ADDRESSED” highlight/folder in order to never miss a client check in. Having to “Tag” accounts manually takes to much unnecessary time.

Trainer can have a program/dashboard similar to clients
I program myself, it would be great to be able to create a program on my trainer profile and be able to add habits/goals in the app. I'm taking up a client slot at the moment and I don't have easy access to my own 'client dashboard', I have to log in and out of it which I don't do anymore.
I think it would be a really nice feature be able to integrate coaching and our own personal programmes, goals and habits in once place. It would work well to organise our scheduled and training days/calendars.

Notes section for Clients
Clients often say a spot to keep notes all week so they remember things when it comes time to do their check-in. Just like we can keep notes on them, they want to be able to do it for themselves too.

Prestige Eaton Park to Receive RERA Authorization Soon
The endeavor will receive RERA authorization by the end of 2025, based to the Prestige Eaton Park Brochure PDF. The brochure will involve the RERA number once it was approved, making Eaton Park an investment that is safe. Make consultation form more user friendly
Now that we have the check in form functionality, which is super user friendly, easy to build and looks really clean from both the client and coach side, could we edit the consultation form to be formatted and able to be built and edited in the same way as the check in forms? Rather than with the current set up of coding

Feature Idea: Automated Weekly Client Check-In Generator
The idea is for Trainerize to scan each client’s full program and account data at the end of the week, including workouts completed, steps, habits, measurements, progress photos, compliance, and any notes. Based on this, the app would:
Automatically generate and send a personalized weekly check-in message to the client, summarizing their week (e.g., wins, areas to improve, consistency score, upcoming focus points).

Prevent Harassment from Gym Billing
Hello Trainerize Team,
I wanted to share some feedback that might help improve the app experience for users who attempt to cancel their gym memberships. Apparently they make it so it is impossible to ever cancel!
Right now, when a UFC gym membership is cancelled, accounts remain in a “Cancellation Pending” state. This creates confusion — both for users and for the gyms — because it’s unclear whether the account is truly inactive.
