Allow for larger attachments to be sent in the Welcome Email. Allowing us to send larger resources/ebooks.

Allow us to pre-populate our clients workout stats
I give my clients their workout targets for each workout. It would be far more efficient and streamlined if I was able to schedule their workout and then write in the targets for them.
The issue is, I can schedule a workout but when they click start they don’t see any of the stats I’ve written in. This must be because the workout doesn’t sync in real time between my client and I.
This would be an extremely useful feature.

Larger and more accurate food database
The in-app food database needs to be larger and more accurate for most common/generic foods.
It's way easier to coach someone on how to accurately measure/track their nutrition when you don't have to worry about coaching them just to find the accurate entry in the database.9 votes -
ability to prescribe macros per meal within the app not just macros for the whole day.
I would like to be able to prescribe macros per meal for 4-6 meals per day depending on my client. I would prefer to be able to do this within the app rather than create a PDF for each client.
Right now, my understanding is that we can only create AI meal plans that keep you in a macro/ meal quantity parameter or macros that cover the whole day but dont have further breakdown options.7 votes -
For coaching client: Easier ability to view clients in the app similar to the desktop experience.

In the planning stage, show how many times i have used each exercise with the client in the past
I write custom programs for every client, mostly using my own videos which I've uploaded. I would love a number)counter shoring how many times I have used that exercise with the client before. It's hard to remember which exercises I have used with which clients and how many times I have used it.

Add client notes which the client can also view
A client notes tab which can be viewed by the client.
Being able to leave information such small updates or a brief roadmap / phases overview would be helpful.

Drag and swap
It would be such a time saver if we could drag to swap the meals around i.e. to drag something that's been set for dinner to lunch or from day one to day two, rather than having to 'swap' it

Options to Eliminate Specific Foods
Some people have food allergies and sensitivities that are not on the short list of options currently available. We need an option to enter a food so that it will be excluded from the options that populate into the client's account. For example, if the client is allergic to strawberries, I would not want that client to see a bunch of recipes that call for strawberries.

Challenge End Dates
I ran a bedtime digital detox challenge that ended on the 19th for programming but ended on the 18th for clients. The purpose of the challenge is to not use your phone before bed, needing to mark off yesterday's habit the following day. Many clients who marked off their final day (the 18th) on the 19th did not receive the point for it, even though the last day set for the challenge is the 19th. Whatever day the program challenge is set to should allow for you to still earn points. I am presuming I should have had it set to the 20th as the last day instead?

DAILY CALORIE GOAL
I would like to be able to set a calorie goal based on the day of the week. Example - I like my clients to acheive a tighter calorie range Mon-Thur and then allow their Weekends (fri-sun) to go a bit higher to enable them to feel greater flexibility.

Auto save all changes when building workouts
We need auto save when building workouts writing descriptions/ instructions or just changing exercises or rep numbers. There are so many situations that you’re in the middle of working and the web interface freezes or closes. There shouldn’t be a need to manual save anything, it’s not 1995!
