Calendar time block control
Currently on the calendar, clients can schedule appointments. Having the capability to only have a set time block available on specific days would be best. Example: I set a block that I'm available for training monday-saturday 5am-8pm. A client ideally wouldn't be able to book an appointment for noon on sunday or 3 am tuesday etc.

Have client folders for consultation notes and fitness assessment results within their profile
I do a zoom call consultation for all new clients and end up writing down their info and storing it in google drive. I’d love a spot to write consultation notes, fitness assessment results and check-in notes in the app so client can read them. Like their own client folder.

Why can’t we send a mass message from the IPhone app? Select multiple clients and send a message. It only works from the web based site?

Add timers and exercise overlays for video calling. P oh
Interval cam has a system that allows the client to see what exercise will be next. It would be convenient to have the workouts on the screen while coaching the client in case there are any connection errors.

Why you should workout with me video.
The why you should workout with me video. I would like it to be at least 3 to 5 mins. It would give us the opportunity to create a commercial and a preview of workout programs or exercises. The space currently only allows 30 secs of vertical video. I would like to do horizontal or vertical for 3-5 mins.

Calculate the number of missed workouts and goals etc… to discuss with client during check in
To create accountability and to be able to show the client how many sessions or habits they’ve missed or number of days they haven’t logged when discussing goals and importance of tracking. Also a way to kickstart a conversation if too much is being expected during goal setting discussions.

Add "Disc Golf" to the options for cardiovascular activity
Disc Golf is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. There is an estimated 8-12 million people globally that have played disc golf. I'm requesting that it be added as an option alongside golf, table tennis, and the other sporting activities listed.

Allow for distance customizations based on exercise rather than overall "preferred unit" selections that apply to all.
I think its common to track running in terms of miles. But if I prescribe rowing, its more of a standard to track that in terms of metres. I want to be able to choose the specific measurement standard on current and also custom exercises without it being an overall selection of my "preferred unit" (metric/imperial). Just let me choose the exact type of measurement for each exercise.

Distinguish from the exercise history if the weight was increased by client or trainer during session
My client upped his own resistance weight and when I checked the weight history it looked correct but he had upped this himself. It would be good to click on the exercise during the workout (the in person session) and distinguish if it was our session together or the clients workout they completed on their own, without having to look at the date and then go to my phone calendar.

75 sec rest periods
I would love to have rest period options between 60 and 90 secs and even between 90 secs and 2 min. My vote is to add in 75 and 105 sec rest periods as options between sets!!

Filter the calendar view for workouts, cardio, appts
It would be a great review and efficiency feature to be able to filter a client's calendar view to show only one or a combination of items displayed;
1) Workouts
2) Nutrition
3) Cardio / Activity
4) Appointments
5) Body Stats

Ability to export the information contained in a customer's questionnaire form and personal details such as; weight, age, sex, location, activity level and height.
