Group Notification Settings
I just wanted to share something that I feel would make a huge difference for coaches when it comes to improving quick client response times.
I am not sure if this is possible, or if it is already on your "wish list".
In Group Notifications, we are given only the option to have notifications turned on for both "Only mentions and reactions," and it would be so helpful if I could have my notifications turned on just for 'mentions'!
By grouping them together we get flooded with notifications of people reacting to messages (which we don't really need to see), we do however need to know when there is a message for us.
As a result, I have my notifications turned off and therefore don't always see client messages in group channels right away.Thank you for taking this into consideration!

Custom Logo
I have the upgraded customized app for my members. But I’ve always been disappointed that we’re not able to have our logo and branding colors throughout the app, especially for celebrating the end of a workout.

How Can I Customize Workout Plans for Different Client Fitness Levels in ABC Trainerize?
Hi everyone,
I’m a new coach using ABC Trainerize and I love the platform so far. I work with clients who have a wide range of fitness levels—from beginners to advanced athletes. I want to create workout plans that feel personalized for each level without having to build every single program from scratch.
Is there a way within ABC Trainerize to set up customizable templates or adjustable difficulty levels that clients can choose or that update automatically based on their progress? Or do most coaches build completely separate plans for each client?
Would appreciate any tips or best practices on efficiently managing diverse client needs within ABC Trainerize. Thanks in advance!

Implemented a similar model
Hi everyone,
I am testing a hybrid coaching process between online and in-person for group clients (4-6 people), in which most of the exercises are assigned via Trainerize, and the check-in about diet and lifestyle habits is done via Zoom in groups every week.
I would like to ask: Has anyone implemented a similar model and how do you track progress and group interactions to maintain engagement?
Thanks for sharing in advance!
Best Regard

Auto-Pair Uploaded Workouts with Scheduled Program Workouts
I’d like to suggest a feature that would significantly enhance the integration between wearable data (like Garmin) and scheduled workouts within Trainerize.
The Problem: Currently, when a client completes a workout on their Garmin (or other device) and it syncs with Trainerize, the session is uploaded as a general workout and does not automatically match or merge with the corresponding scheduled workout in their program. This results in two separate entries on the calendar. One from the watch, and one from the plan, making it difficult to track progress accurately and creating confusion, especially for clients who are data-driven.
Why It Matters: In Community Competitions: For example, in a city-wide challenge, a workout only counts if it's the scheduled session. Uploaded watch data doesn’t pair, so even if the client did the workout exactly as planned, it doesn’t get logged correctly for the challenge.
For Data Accuracy: Having two separate workouts (one scheduled, one completed) clutters the calendar and creates issues with consistency, metrics, and data tracking particularly for clients who rely heavily on structured data and progression tracking.
TrainingPeaks Comparison: In platforms like TrainingPeaks, uploaded workouts can be auto-paired or manually matched to the planned session, avoiding duplication and ensuring better data hygiene. This keeps the calendar tidy and useful for analysis.
Suggested Feature: Introduce an auto-pairing or manual match function that: Recognizes when an uploaded workout from Garmin (or other services) closely matches the time, duration, and activity type of a scheduled workout.
Either auto-pairs the data or gives the user (or coach) the option to manually link the uploaded activity to the planned session.Replaces or merges the planned workout with the completed one, similar to the behavior seen in TrainingPeaks.
This would make the platform more intuitive and appealing to both coaches and clients who want cleaner, more accurate performance data. Thanks for considering!

Barbell Collar is highly recommended because spring clips are difficult for both men and women with small hands to use. They find it too strong and cannot put it on.

Bring back max weight for rep counts outside of 1, 3, 5, 10 reps
Recently we have noticed that the app used to show max weight for any rep range. Example: currently, in our A series superset we are doing a descending rep range of 10, 10, 6, 6, 6 with heavier weight on the 6 reps. At the end of the workout, the end of workout summary doesn't show "Max Weight Ever" for the 6 rep but it does show for the 10 rep. Not a big deal, but it used to show the ranges outside of 1, 3, 5, 10 reps. If this is a setting change, I am open to suggestions. Thank you.

Minus the Complexity of the "Main Product" and "Add-On"
When attempting to automate the selling of sessions to clients with and without items, I've encountered an issue on the app.
*Context: -Some of my clients pay for their online training on a recurring basis.
—however, I do have a group of so-called "clients" that aren't actually paying for anything on a regular basis.
-Since I have my "clients" self-book a certain type of in-person session, I mostly market it to them because of how irregular its scheduling is.
-I figured out a way to automate the sales and scheduling process by having my clients choose their preferred session times via weekly auto-messages. This way, they can work around their busy schedules.
-However, it appears that this process is not being used effectively. Users with a "main-product" cannot have another product classified as "main-product," and users with a "ad-on product" must have a "main-product" as well. Consequently, regardless of the product type, I am required to create duplicate products, groups, recurring POS in programs, and sort all clients into the appropriate groups.
Furthermore, my non-recurring clients can only buy one every 24 hours if I sell it as a main product, which is extremely inefficient.-As things stand, my point of sale system and customer database are quite cumbersome because I have everyone sign up for a "Membership program" that costs them either $1 per year or a recurring discount that costs them nothing extra. wacky flip

Include a seconds-per-rep option for interval training in user-defined routines
For interval training, it would be helpful to have a reps x seconds option when making unique exercises. For some reason, I'm having trouble using the progression spreadsheet to program various conditioning/interval training progressions. So far, the only solution I've come up with is to treat the conditioning exercise like a strength exercise (reps x weight), but to clarify in the notes that the weight is in seconds, which might lead some clients astray. The only way I can edit the progression spreadsheet to adjust the amount of reps and the number of seconds between intervals is to copy and paste the entire session. basketball stars

Could you kindly bring back the option to display the names of participants?
Kindly make it possible to view the first names alone of other session participants once again. This is useful for coordinating and planning sessions. Allow users to choose whether or not to display their names when they create a session, as this would address privacy concerns.
A recent app update on 5/7/2025 disabled the option to view who else is registered for the session, although it shouldn't be entirely deleted.
I kindly request that you bring it back with a toggle that people can utilize to disable the display of their names if they so desire. wacky flip

Adjust the Notification Period for Customers
Customers should be able to select a different time each day to receive their habit reminders. My customer has already begun work and eaten before it goes off at 10:00 a.m., so he doesn't have a reminder to weigh in.
Additionally, the earliest communications can only be delivered at 5:00 a.m. through the automated system. At four in the morning, my client would like the mails despatched. Neither the behavior notifications nor the automated messages offered any method to prompt my client to undertake weigh-ins at specific intervals. You can't even tell me when these two options are available, and it's outrageous that you can't answer such a basic question. moto x3m
