How to Access Locked PST Files in Microsoft Outlook?
I am unable to open my PST file in Microsoft Outlook because it appears to be locked, and I do not remember setting any password. Is there any safe and reliable way to access or recover a locked PST file without losing my emails and data?

Customizable Progressive Overload Automated Progressions
I’d love to see an automated progressive overload system built into the workout programming. The idea is simple: instead of coaches having to manually adjust reps and weights for every client every week, the app would give an option for coaches implement progressions guide users through a structured 3 or 4 week or however may week cycle in the progressions.
For example, in week one a client might do 3 sets of 8 reps on an exercise. In week two, the app would prompt them to do 3 sets of 9 at the same weight, and in week three, 3 sets of 10. Then on the final week of the cycle, the reps drop back down to 8 but indicate the weight bumps up however many lbs, and the cycle starts over from that new baseline. The current system is way too manual and time-consuming.
coaches are spending hours each week going into individual programs to update reps, sets, and loads by hand, when this kind of progression follows a predictable formula that the app could easily automate. By building volume first and then increasing intensity, clients get a proven path to steady strength and muscle gains, and coaches get their time back to focus on actual coaching instead of data entry. Ideally, users could choose between a 3 or 4 week cycle, set their preferred weight jump (2.5, 5, or 10 pounds), apply it per exercise or across the whole program, and repeat a week if the client didn’t hit their target reps. It’s a feature that would make the app feel smarter and more efficient, and would save coaches a significant amount of admin time every single week.
There are other platforms that have this feature and it’s great. however the rest of their app isn’t fully reliable…yet. I will say those apps are working on improving other aspects and trainerize should implement this now to avoid people leaving. Because let’s face it, time is money, and I will use whatever platform is reliable first priority, but what saves me time as a second.I’d love to see an automated progressive overload system built into the workout programming. Integrate AI chat into the app
Add AI chat into the app so you can ask it to find recipes based on what ingredients you specify. Very easy to do using RAG based model.
Use AI to upload a photo of a recipe you have, then creates the new recipe for you with break down of macros.

Ability for trainer to provide feedback directly on check-in form (optimally per question)
It would be awesome to be able to review completed check-in forms and just directly give feedback on each check-in form question. Kind of like a comment section for each check-in form question where the trainer can review, give feedback and ask follow up questions, and the clients can reply to feedback and answer the trainers follow up questions.

Add More Simple, Batch-Cook, Bodybuilder-Style Meals
Many of my clients prefer — and see the best results from — straightforward, batch-friendly meals without extra sauces, toppings, or complicated ingredients.
I’d love to see the Smart Meal Plan Master Library include more classic bodybuilding staples like:
Proats: oatmeal, whey isolate protein powder, berries
Chicken & Rice: grilled chicken ******, rice, steamed veggies
Ground Turkey & Sweet Potato: with green beans or broccoli
Egg Whites & Ezekiel Toast: with avocado or spinach
Salmon & Quinoa: with asparagus or zucchini
These types of meals are easy to prepare in bulk, macro-friendly, and ideal for athletes, competitors, and clients who want simple, results-focused nutrition.

Create a specific timer - Include the ability to add odd numbers or to input specific timers
When focussing on specific energy systems that have work to rest ratios that can vary it would be great if we had an ability to input specific times for both the work & rest components of our workout.
Eg. Assault Bike Intervals - Alactic Training - 7 sec max effort work followed by 63 seconds rest, etc
This can help to give a bit more flexibility for those of us who like to be more specific with our programming.

Check-ins/forms
The ability to speak/respond/add notes to a clients check-in form directly rather than taking notes then sending a seperate message or video response. So a reply tab directly within the checkin form, so we can read and respond all in one.

Welcome pack / email to clients
A structured welcome pack that includes short, guided video content will significantly improve the onboarding experience for new members. Videos can clearly demonstrate how to use equipment, navigate the gym or app, understand training programmes, and follow key health and safety guidelines—reducing confusion and increasing confidence from day one. This approach supports different learning styles, enhances engagement, and ensures consistent delivery of important information across all clients.
This to go along side pdfs and anything else that may be added at the welcome stage.

Screen Sharing and Recording on video calls
I like to plan our calls in the app so it shows on their calendar, but then I send them the zoom link so I can share my screen / record. I wish I could just screen share and record in the trainerize app so everything is in one place.
Then if there was a place in the app we could upload recorded calls so clients who missed it can go watch it.

Nutrition target phases
Hey all! My suggestion is to add phases to nutrition targets just like you can add phases/cycles to a training program. Eg. 8 week calorie deficit, 2 weeks of maintenance, then another 8 week calorie deficit etc.
With a big group of clients it can be pretty challenging to stay on top of who is ready to transition to maintenance or a diet break and back to their calorie deficit, resulting in lots of screenshots on my desktop to keep track of their deficit and maintenance calories between their phases as we currently have to edit their existing target manually, which means you can't see past or future targets either.

Show client their nutrition targets on the dashboard in new layout
The new updated layout removed the nutrition target bars and remaining macros from a clients dashboard. This needs to be added back so clients can see their total nutrition at a glance on their main screen without having to log anything

Add modifications to exercises in the workout library.
Adding more modifications to the exercise library. Or being able to connect modifications to an exercise in a workout. i.e. in the workout I add regular pushups. Instead of in the notes adding modification instructions or adding knee pushups as a separate exercise in the workout. Attaching the knee pushups to the regular ones when I add it in the workout.
