Progressions WITHIN a workout
Would be great to be able to make progressions WITHIN a workout without having to copy/paste and do it manually. Right now, all sets have to be the same - would be awesome if we could have (for example) the ability to assign different reps/time/goals across the same circuit

Workout Builder Options - Drop down Menu for Type of exercise, RIR, RPE, Tempo etc
Workout Builder would be easier if, after you drag in the exercises, there were drop down menus for, type of exercise eg: strength, warmup, circuit, mobility, stretches, Reps, Sets, RIR, RPE, AMRAP, Rest time, Load, 1rm% etc.
For example:
Sets Reps Tempo RIR/RPE Rest Load/1rm% Notes

Ability to build/edit a workout directly on a single day (WOD)
Directly build and schedule a workout on a particular day. Being about to build specific WODs to keep things interesting for clients.

creating a note next to an exercise in the training programme
a client of mine asked how she can create a note next to an exercise in the training programme. so far i don't see such an option, only as general comments at the end of a workout.

Myofascial release/ recovery/ stretching days
Allow there to be days for massage therapists or personal trainers to schedule or demonstrate foam rolling techniques or stretching routines, etc!

Easier Program Changing
When you update a program description and change, add or substitute exercises, you have to re-schedule the workout in the calendar and re-do the advanced progressions every time, otherwise the changes never show up.
Make it so that when you make a change to a program, it is automatically updated without rescheduling and without re-doing the entire advanced progression planner.

Customize TEMPO, REST, and EXERCISE in Progression Spreadsheet
Being able to change tempo, rest time, and exercises themselves through the Progression Spreadsheet. It would be more efficient to progress through one workout rather than creating another similar workout in the Training Plan.
ex:
Wk1 - Goblet Squats - 3 sets, 10 reps - 60s rest - 4020 tempo
Wk5 - BB Front Squats - 5 sets, 5 reps - 120s rest - 2020 tempo71 votes -
Specific exercise benchmark testing
Example: 1 mike run, 1000 meter row, push up, timed plank, wall sit... measurements are exciting but exercise related standard tests would make it more well rounded

Add GPS to cardio activity so distance can be auto-tracked
When clients go for a walk, run or cycle outside, it would be nice for them to just click 'start workout' and the app records the time (which is already happening) along with the amount of distance they are doing.
At the moment - I am suggesting they use another app (mapmywalk, etc) but it does put them off using our app as they already have to use a different app for food logging plus zoom.
I would rather them not need to download another app and have all these features in this one!

Allow clients to enter the color or weight of bands when tracking superband exercises
Clients that have banded exercises currently only have the option to track reps completed in banded exercises. Please add a box for them to note the band color, or band weight so they can still progress with banded work.

Timed Supersets would be great. for example

This gives a HELLUVA different experience when programming and tracking workouts.

Senior (55+) exercises
Seniors have different needs. The aging body and various medications limit what can be done. Chair exercise would be one example.

Set a weekly workout goal for compliance. So I can set a 2x per week goal.

Showing total Volume/ tonnage on the progress section for workouts.
Being able to show total pounds or total Kg's lifted in a workout. Most sensible place would be on the workout progress section. Since you are already able to see individual tonnage on each exercise, being able to see it each workout makes calculations easier on our end as trainers.
